কিভাবে প্রাথমিক পর্যায়ে মুখের ক্যান্সার সনাক্ত করা যায়ঃ

১. আপনার ডেন্টাল চেকআপের সময়, একটি সম্পূর্ণ মুখের ক্যান্সারের পর্যবেক্ষণ প্রাপ্তি নিশ্চিত করুন।

২. আপনার ডেন্টাল প্রোফেসনালের কাছ থেকে লক্ষণ, উপসর্গ, এবং ঝুঁকিগুলো সম্পর্কে জেনে নিন। প্রশ্ন করুন।

৩. আপনার মুখের ভিতর পর্যাপ্ত আলো ও একটি আয়না দিয়ে দেখার অভ্যাস গড়ে তুলুন। কোনগুলি স্বাভাবিক সেগুলো জানুন।

৪. আপনার গলায় শক্ত, অনড় দলা আছে কিনা অনুভব করে দেখুন।

Thoracodorsal Artery Perforator (TDAP) Flap
……………………………………………………….
Has been working with different Free Flaps of Thoracodorsal Artery System since 2020. One common drawback of this system is repositioning of the patient during flap raising.
This time we have done it in supine position thus two team approach has been achieved reducing operating time.
There has been a few reports of TDAP Flap in supine position for Head and Neck reconstruction.
Congratulations Helal Uzzaman vai, Mohammed Kamruzzaman vai, Md Oliul Hoque Kafi and the enthusiastic team!
We have done it.
