🌧️ বর্ষায় ডেঙ্গুর প্রকোপ আশঙ্কাজনকভাবে বাড়ছে। একটু অসাবধানতাই হয়ে উঠতে পারে ভয়ংকর!

🔍 আপনি জানেন কি?
ডেঙ্গু ভাইরাসবাহী এডিস মশা দিনের বেলা কামড়ায় এবং জমে থাকা পরিষ্কার পানিতেই বংশ বিস্তার করে।

🚫 ডেঙ্গু থেকে বাঁচতে যা করবেন:
✅ বাসা-বাড়ির চারপাশে জমে থাকা পানি অপসারণ করুন
✅ ফুলদানি, পাত্র, গামলা, এসির ট্রে – সব কিছু পরিষ্কার রাখুন
✅ দিনে ও রাতে মশারি বা মশা নিরোধক ব্যবহার করুন
✅ ফুলহাতা জামা-কাপড় পড়ুন
✅ জ্বর হলে দ্রুত চিকিৎসকের পরামর্শ নিন

বিশেষজ্ঞদের মতে, সাম্প্রতিক সময়ে দেশে আবারও করোনা সংক্রমণ বাড়তে শুরু করেছে। আপনার এবং প্রিয়জনদের সুরক্ষায় মাস্ক ব্যবহার করুন সবসময়—বিশেষ করে ঘনবসতিপূর্ণ স্থান, যানবাহন, হাসপাতাল বা মার্কেট এলাকায়।

কেন মাস্ক পরা জরুরি?

1️⃣ সংক্রমণ প্রতিরোধে মাস্ক সবচেয়ে কার্যকর:
মাস্ক পরলে আপনি ও আপনার চারপাশের মানুষ ভাইরাস ও জীবাণুর সংস্পর্শ থেকে নিরাপদ থাকেন।

2️⃣ নিঃশ্বাসের মাধ্যমে ভাইরাস ছড়ানো রোধ করে:
করোনাভাইরাস হাঁচি-কাশি বা কথা বলার সময় ছড়ায়—মাস্ক এটি আটকাতে সাহায্য করে।

3️⃣ আপনি যদি সংক্রমিত হন, মাস্ক অন্যকে রক্ষা করে:
অনেকে উপসর্গ ছাড়াই ভাইরাস বহন করেন—তাই সবসময় মাস্ক ব্যবহার জরুরি।

4️⃣ সচেতনতা ছড়ায়, ভয় নয়:
আপনার মাস্ক অন্যদেরও সচেতন করে তোলে এবং নিরাপদ পরিবেশ নিশ্চিত করে।

🚨 মনে রাখবেন, সচেতনতা হোক আপনার সবচেয়ে বড় প্রতিরক্ষা।
