এটি একটি Schatzker type-VI tibial plateau fracture, যেখানে articular surface জড়িত ছিল।
অপারেশনের প্রধান উদ্দেশ্য ছিল articular surface-এর anatomical reduction করে joint congruity বজায় রাখা, যা সফলভাবে অর্জন করা হয়েছে।
Fibula fracture-এর জন্য কোনো ধরনের intervention প্রয়োজন হয়নি, কারণ এটি স্বয়ংক্রিয়ভাবে reduced হয়ে গিয়েছিল।
Metaphysio-diaphyseal separation bridging পদ্ধতিতে বজায় রাখা হয়েছে।
