One of my patient from Dhaka Dental College Hospital
A 6years old boy on his way to madrasha comes with a H/O RTA.On CT scan of MaxilloFacial region his both sided zygomatic buttress fracture was identified which is linear and incomplete.He has also left sided mandibular parasymphysis fracture.
From his admission he was treated with injectable antibiotics and steroids and other conservative management was given.
Once his swelling was being decreased after proper reduction Eyelet wiring was done from lower left A to D(2nd picture)
Patients comes for follow up after 7days.Alhamdulillah he is recovering quickly(3rd picture)
