Over a period of 5 years, ALCHEMY intends to achieve a Nation-wide awareness on 4 pillars of good health such as; Physical health, Mental Heath, First Aid and General Health. mprove living standards.
1st year of the campaign, ALCHEMY will reach almost 110,000 registered members from schools, colleges, universities and organizations in Dhaka and Chittagong. Initiative by 'team engine', this campaign has been developed over a period of one year’s R&D and it was officially launched on 6 March 2013. ALCHEMY has been recognized by the Ministry of Health and Family Welfare of the Government of Bangladesh as innovative private sector initiative supporting the nation’s health sector and improving standards of living. ALCHEMY is being continued by campaign specialists, health experts, trainers, and role models of Bangladesh. It has started its 1st phase (Dhaka) and will be reaching almost 600 institutions by June 2013. As strategic partners Department of Educational and Counseling Psychology of Dhaka University, Kaan Pete Roi, Bangladesh Scout, Bangladesh Red Crescent Society and Rotary Bangladesh have joined ALCHEMY. is sponsoring the campaign in its initial stages.
