Chronic case!
Patient Came with the complain of mild to moderate pain.

Diagnosis was Chronic apical pulpitis with necrosed pulp and Infected and affected Dentine,overhanging enamel

Treatment was root canale disinfaction followed by obturation.
Tooth preparation after post core insertion.
