রোগিটা স্তন এর ফোড়া নিয়ে এসেছিল আমার কাছে ,সকল পরীক্ষা নিরীক্ষা করার পর ওনার incision & drainage করে পরবর্তীতে ড্রেসিং করা হয়।কিন্তু বাড়িতে যাওয়ার পর ট্রমা এর কারণে হিউজ ব্লিডিং হয় ,,,পরবর্তীতে তাঁকে আবার ভর্তি করে প্রপার ট্রিটমেন্ট করে বাসায় পাঠানো হয় ।ফলো আপ এর সময় এর কথোপকথন👇👇

রফিকুল সাহেব দীর্ঘদিন ধরে পিত্তথলিতে পাথর নিয়ে ভুগতেছিলেন। তিনি কবিরাজি চিকিৎসা করেছেন প্রায় ১ বছর,এরপর তীব্র পেটে ব্যথা নিয়ে আমার কাছে আসেন,,,সব পরীক্ষা নিরীক্ষা করার পর আমি তাঁকে ল্যাপারোস্কোপিক কোলেসিসটেকটমি করি.অপারেশন এর ৩৬ /৩৭ দিন পর পেশেন্ট এর সাথে কথোপকথন-

শরিফুল ইসলাম সাহেব আমার কাছে এসেছিলেন তার পেটে কয়েক জায়গাতে সোয়েলিং নিয়ে,তিনি এখানে আসার আগে বেশ কয়েক ডাক্তারের কাছে গিয়েছিলেন এবং এর আগে তিনি কয়েকবার বিভিন্ন জায়গা থেকে অপারেশন করেছিলেন.আমার কাছে আসার পর তাকে Incisional Hernia হিসাবে ডায়াগনসিস করি ও সব পরীক্ষা করার পর তার Hernioplasty operation করি..

This patient named Afroza came to me in Ad-din Sakina women's medical college &hospital jashore with the complain of pain in the lower abdomen(specially in the right iliac fossa ),vomiting .She was diagnosed as a case of Burst Appendix .After counselling the patient I performed Open Appendicectomy with drainage of pus thorough peritoneal toileting .Here is a conversation when patient came to me during her regular Follow up.

This patient named Taiub uddin came to me in Ad-din Sakina women's medical college &hospital jashore with the complain of pain in the lower abdomen,frequent per re**al passage of mucous ,blood&constipation.He was diagnosed a case of Re**al carcinoma which was 8cm away from a**l verge , After resuscitation &councelling I performed anterior resection
with linear and circular stappler
