-হাঁটুর মুভমেন্ট স্বাভাবিক হওয়া
-ইনজুরির ৪ সপ্তাহের পরই অপারেশন করা ভাল
-যত দ্রুত করা সম্ভব ততই ক্ষতি থেকে রেহাই পাওয়া সম্ভব

-আস্তে আস্তে ব্যথা ও ফোলা কমে যাওয়া
-উচু নিচু হাঁটতে ব্যালেন্স কম পাওয়া
-মাঝে মধ্যে মনে হয় হাঁটু সরে যাওয়া
-হাঁটু লক হয়ে যায় যদি মিনিস্কাস ইঞ্জুরি হয়
-আস্তে আস্তে হাঁটুর শক্তি কমে যায়
-হাঁটুর উপরের মাসল বা মাংসপেশি ওয়াস্টিং বা চুপসে যাওয়া
