PCC was founded on august 1981 and the first academic year began at 1982.it is located about 6 miles east of pabna city in rajshahi Division of Bangladesh. PCC administration ,Classrooms,Laboratories.Library and Auditorium is located in the combined building known as the Academic Block.Administration key figures include Principal( A colonel or equivalent from army/navy/air force
)or a very senior faculty teacher.Vice principal, Adjutant(a major from army, Medical Officer (major/captain from army), 3 House masters and Faculty Teachers. Mostafa Auditorium is used for cadets inter house cultural competitions(debates,extempore speech,set speech,spelling bee,current affairs,drama,singing etc), cultural nights,assemblies. they are called the House.All three houses are located in the same building in three different floors.each house comprises of cadet dorms, an indoor sports room and a common room. the names are BHASANI HOUSE, TITUMIR HOUSE, SIRAJI HOUSE. All cadets are served daily 3 major meals and 2 snacks in the college dinning hall. All cadets participate in various games and sports during their stay in the college.College hospital and medical staff not only serve cadets who get sick, but also take great part in ensuring good physical health for all cadets. The name of ex cadets association is APEC (association of pabna ex-cadets )
