Yesterday (25.04.2026), I had the opportunity to visit Gopalganj Science and Technology University to conduct a workshop titled *“Thriving Under Pressure: Stress, Self-coaching, and Career Growth,”* organized by GSTU Radio in collaboration with Asshash Health.
It was truly a meaningful experience to share my thoughts and knowledge with such energetic and curious young minds. The session was not just about learning—it was filled with interaction, reflection, and moments of genuine connection. I also had a great time engaging with the participants, exchanging ideas, and enjoying the overall environment.
However, one important realization stood out strongly: many students in our country are still not getting adequate exposure when it comes to skill development and career planning. Despite having immense potential, they often lack direction, awareness, and structured opportunities to utilize their valuable time effectively for personal and professional growth.
This highlights a crucial need for more practical, accessible, and engaging platforms where students can explore their strengths, build skills, and prepare themselves for the future.
Grateful for the opportunity, and hopeful that sessions like this can contribute, even in a small way, to shaping a more aware and empowered generation.
