ড্যাফোডিল ইন্টারন্যাশনাল ইউনিভার্সিটির সাবেক রেজিস্ট্রার ও সন্মানিত শিক্ষক অধ্যাপক ইঞ্জিনিয়ার ড. এ.কে.এম. ফজলুল হক স্যার আজ সকালে ইন্তেকাল করেছেন (ইন্না লিল্লাহি ওয়া ইন্না ইলাইহি রাজিউন)।

আমরা মরহুমের শোক-সন্তপ্ত পরিবারের সদস্যদের প্রতি গভীর সমবেদনা ও সহমর্মিতা জ্ঞাপন করছি। এবং পরম করুণাময় ও অসীম দয়ালু আল্লাহু তা'য়ালার নিকট তাঁর বিদেহী আত্মার শান্তি ও মাগফিরাত কামনা করছি, আমিন।

✨DIUBDC has successfully completed the event "United For Blood : Connecting Heart" building a prestigious collaboration with DIIT. On December 27, 2023, throughout the whole event, the passionate humanitarians of DIUBDC worked hard with the friendly cooperation of the honorable faculty members, students, and staff of DIIT and made it a successful day.

On this day, the former President of the club Md Zubair vaia and the former General Secretary Ataur Rahman vaia visited the event that was also inspiring for the team.

Following the purpose of serving enough blood donors throughout all the possible areas inside Dhaka city, the team DIUBDC took the step.
DIUBDC is grateful for the warm hospitality of DIIT and looking forward to working again together in the future for the service of humanity.

✨"United for Blood: Connecting Heart"✨
Daffodil International University Blood Donors Club (DIUBDC) organized a remarkable event on December 27, 2023, at 'Daffodil Institute of IT (DIIT)' in Dhanmondi. It was a day dedicated to free blood tests, blood pressure screenings, and diabetes checks.

We were honored by the presence of Dr. Mohammed Shakhawat Hossain Sir, Principal, Daffodil Institute of IT. His words resonated deeply with us: "Blood donation is a good job. There is a lot of demand for blood in different hospitals in Dhaka. Take the example of Palestine, where many people are dying due to a lack of blood. Thank you 'Daffodil International University Blood Donors Club' for this initiative and also I appreciate the participation of DIIT students. Hopefully, this good work for humanity will continue."

The heartening support and active involvement of our DIIT family, including teachers, administrators, and students was very commendable. Our heartfelt gratitude to everyone who contributed, from DIUBDC to every individual at DIIT, for their dedication and support in making this camp a success.

This event is just the beginning of our journey. DIUBDC is committed to continuing this humanitarian effort, fueled by the spirit of solidarity and compassion. Together, we'll keep working for the betterment of humanity. Inshallah.🩸

DIUBDC ক্লাবের একজন ডেডিকেটেড মেম্বার এবং নিয়মিত রক্তদাতা ও রক্তজোগানদাতা। দিন-রাত উপেক্ষা করে এসব মানুষ শুধু অন্যকে রক্ত দিয়ে সহযোগিতার কথা চিন্তা করে। তাদের মধ্যে অন্যতম একজন ছবির এই ছেলেটি Nayem Islam। যিনি ১০ রক্তদানের মাধ্যমে নিজেকে সুপার ডোনারদের তালিকায় একধাপ এগিয়ে নিয়ে গেলো। এবং মানবতার সেবায় সবসময় এভাবেই নিজেকে নিয়োজিত রাখতে পারে সেই দোয়া ও তার সুস্থতা কামনা করছি।

আসসালামু আলাইকুম,

ছবির এই ছেলেটির নাম শহিদুল।
আমাদের ক্লাবের একজন ডেডিকেটেড মেম্বার এবং দিন-রাত ২৪ ঘন্টা মানুষের পাশে থাকা যায় তা চিন্তা করে।
গত ৩০ অক্টোবর রাত ২.০০ টায় সেই উত্তরা থেকে ধানমন্ডি আসছে রক্ত দিতে।
দেশের পরিস্থিতি যাই হোক সেচ্ছাসেবীরা মানুষের পাশে সর্বদা আছে এবং থাকবেই। আর শহিদুলের ২৭ বার সম্পূর্ণ রক্ত এবং ১৭ বার প্লাটিলেট দানে আমরা DIUBDC তাকে নিয়ে গর্ববোধ করি।
সে যেনো এভাবেই প্রতিনিয়ত মানুষের পাশে থাকতে পারে সেই দোয়া ও ভালোবাসা রইলো ❣️🫶

ক্যাম্পাসের আশেপাশে ভয়াবহ অবস্থা বিরাজ করার কারণে সকল ছাত্রছাত্রীকে সাবধানে থাকার জন্য বলা হচ্ছে। এই অনাকাঙ্ক্ষিত পরিস্থিতিতে হতাহতের ঘটনায় রক্তের প্রয়োজনে বিশ্ববিদ্যালয়ের শিক্ষার্থীদের পাশে DIUBDC থাকার সর্বোচ্চ চেষ্টা করবে।
সবাইকে সাবধানে থাকার জন্য আবারো অনুরোধ করা হচ্ছে।

ইংরেজি বিভাগের ছাত্র অর্ক কিডনীজনিত সমস্যায় আক্রান্ত হয়ে গত কয়েকদিন ধরে হাসপাতালে আছে। তার সোডিয়াম লেভেল ভয়ানক ভাবে কমে যাওয়াতে ডায়ালাইসিয়া করানো ও সম্ভব হচ্ছিলনা এবং অবস্থা অনেক বেশি গুরুতর হওয়াতে তাকে পিজি হস্পিটাল এর ICU তে রাখা হয়। এমতাবস্থায় গত মঙ্গলবার(৩১ অক্টোবর) তার জন্য জরুরী ভিত্তিতে O(+)ve রক্তের প্রয়োজন হয়। DIUBDC যখন ই জানতে পারে রক্তের ব্যাপারে, যত দ্রুত সম্ভব রক্তের ব্যাবস্থা করার চেষ্টা করে। রাজনৈতিক অস্থিতিশীলতার জন্য তৎক্ষণাত রক্তদাতা জোগার করা কঠিন ছিল। ঐ দিন দুপুরে জরুরী ভিত্তিতে ক্লাবের সিনিয়র ভাইস প্রেসিডেন্ট রবিউল ইসলাম হাসপাতালে চলে যান এবং নিজেই রক্তদান করেন। সেখানে তিনি নিজে ডক্টরের সাথে কথা বলেন এবং তারপর থেকে অর্ক এর অবস্থার খবর নিতে থাকেন।
১২ ঘন্টার ব্যবধানে রাত্রে তার আবার রক্তের দরকার হয়। এটা জানামাত্র তিনি ক্লাবের আরেকজন সিনিয়র সদস্য তোফায়েল আহমেদ ভাই কে নিয়ে ধানমন্ডি থেকে রাত ১১ টায় হাসপাতাল এর উদ্দেশ্যে বের হয়ে যান। রাত ১ টার দিকে সেখানে তোফায়েল ভাই রক্তদান করেন এবং রাত আনুমানিক রাত ৩ টার দিকে তারা বাসায় ফেরেন। ররক্তদান শেষে তারা অর্ক এর বাবা মা এর সাথে সব বিষয় নিয়েই কথা বলেন এবং তাদেরকে বলেন যে রক্তের প্রয়োজনে যেকোনো সময় তারা এবং এই ক্লাব অর্ক এর পাশে থাকবে। অর্ক এখনো হাস্পাতালে আছে এবং আমরা সবাই তার জন্য অনেক দোয়া করি, আমরা তার দ্রুত সুস্থতা কামনা করি, আল্লাহ যেন তাকে সুস্থ করে দেন।

দেশের অস্থিতিশীল পরিস্থিতি এর মধ্যে ঝুঁকি নিয়ে
এবং এত রাত্রে সব প্রতিকূলতার মধ্যেও Md. Robiul Islam এবং Ahmed Tufael ভাই যেভাবে কাজ করেছেন, ক্লাব আপনাদেরকে নিয়ে অনেক বেশি গর্বিত। আপনাদের জন্য অনেক অনেক ভালবাসা।

DIUBDC এভাবেই কাজ করে যাচ্ছে শত প্রতিকূলতার মধ্যেও। সবার দোয়ায় এভাবেই কাজ করে যেয়ে চায় DIUBDC.

DIUBDC will be pleased to share an information of a great achievement with everyone that, Shadman Sakeef , General Secretary of the Club, student of the Department of Environmental Science & Disaster Management has been invited to participate the 18th United Nations Climate Change Conference of Youth (COY18) as a delegate. COY18 is going to be held in Dubai(United Arab Emirates) next month.

It was not so easy to achieve this opportunity. His dedication to climate action and hard work of long 3 years brought him this International Call. It's not only motivating for him for the future days, it’s inspiring for every student and members of the club to work Internationally.

The Club cherishes your achievement and we are wishing you a very bright future. 📃🖤

শুভ জন্মদিন!!!

ক্লাবের জন্মলগ্ন থেকে আপনি আগলে রেখেছেন। এই ক্লাবের বটবৃক্ষের ছায়ার মতো সবসময় আগলে রেখেছেন। আজ হয়ত দূর দেশে আছেন কিন্তু আপনি আছেন আমাদের অন্তরে।
বিদেশে উচ্চশিক্ষা অর্জন করতে গিয়েও রক্তদানে এগিয়ে আছেন। আপনার জন্য অসংখ্য দোয়া ও ভালোবাসা রইলো।

মানুষ মানুষের জন্য;
জীবন জীবনের জন্য।

হ্যাঁ, আমরা এই কথাটি মাথায় রেখে প্রতিনিয়ত কাজ করে যাচ্ছি। আমরা রক্তদাতা ও রক্তজোগানদাতা হিসেবে দিন-রাত পরিশ্রম করে যাই শুধুমাত্র মানুষের কথা চিন্তা করে। কারণ, রক্তের অভাবে কারো যেনো কোনো ক্ষতি না হয়।
ছবির ছেলেটি আমাদের ক্লাবের একজন নিয়মিত রক্তদাতা ও রক্তজোগানদাতা। সে গতকালকে রাত ১২.০০ টায় রোগীর অবস্থা খারাপ শুনে রক্ত দিতে ছুটে হাসপাতালে যায়।
রোগীর লোকের মুখে হাসি দেখে আমাদেরও ভালো লাগে।
