World Mental Health Day 💛

Yesterday was World Mental Health Day. The goal is to raise awareness of mental health issues around the world and to mobilize efforts in support of mental health.

At CHIYU we are very proud to contribute in spreading the beautiful philosophy of Kintsugi into the world 🫶🏼.

Kintsugi invites us to embrace our imperfections, to realize that we are stronger and more beautiful with our golden cracks. None of us get through life unharmed and it is way less painful to show your physical and emotional
scars rather than to try to hide them. Kintsugi reveals how to heal, how to come out the other side stronger.

This year, the World Mental Health Day focuses on ‘Mental Health at Work’. At CHIYU, we are happy to contribute on this matter by organizing Kintsugi workshops for company’s teambuilding activities. A Kintsugi workshop is a creative and mindful activity which focuses on embracing and celebrating imperfections ✨. A creative workshop with a meaning.

Let us all acknowledge the person we have become today throughout a journey filled with joy and sadness, which is called life, and know that we are all better with our golden cracks ⚡️. Let our light shine 🌟
