Rest helps. But sometimes it isn’t enough. There’s still this lingering feeling of confusion and dissatisfaction that you can’t quite place.
Sometimes we go through big life transitions that make us rethink who we are. And sometimes the changes are more subtle. You lose your sense of self over time without realizing it.
You stop knowing what you want. You make choices to feel safe instead of alive. Even your favorite things feel muted.
It means your life hasn’t caught up with the internal changes, and that gap is what you’re feeling. It means reflection is needed. And real change, so you feel aligned again.

My daughter turned 3 this weekend, and I’ve been thinking about how much motherhood has changed me.

Not only in the obvious ways — the routines, the responsibilities, the lack of uninterrupted time — but in the deeper, less visible ways.

It has changed my relationship with control.
With patience.
With growth.
With joy.

I used to think transformation mostly came from effort and reflection. Now I see how much can change when there is enough safety, enough play, enough space to unfold.

Motherhood is not just a role. It is a transition. A deep identity shift. And sometimes our children become unexpected teachers in how to live more honestly, as long as we are open to it.

Happy 3rd birthday to my girl!

The biggest mistake I ever made

There is one mistake that I made repeatedly over the course of my life, again and again and again. And in many different areas of life. The one mistake that I wish I could correct. And that I never, ever want to repeat again (I probably will). Here it goes:

Looking back, I can see so clearly what staying in denial cost me. It cost me energy — the deep, depleting kind that comes from pouring yourself into something that gives nothing back. It cost me time. so much time. It's not about speed or getting somewhere faster or earlier than others, not at al...

You can have a good life and still feel deeply unhappy. Not necessarily: I need to leave everything and start ag...

Feeling stuck in constant productivity mode? My new blog post explores why relearning how to have fun — simply enjoying what you do without a scorecard — might be the most important work you do. Practical reflections, gentle permission, and small shifts to bring more play into daily life. Read more: https://wix.to/icsJRo0

I work a lot on myself. One of the topics I’ve been focusing on recently is having fun. Not in the obvious sense of going out or seeking entertainment, but in something much simpler and, for me, much harder: allowing myself to enjoy what I’m doing. That means doing things not because they are pro...

Sharing my thoughts and findings on the challenges of balancing it all as a mother.

Balancing work and motherhood is often presented as a manageable challenge, something modern women can master with the right routine, mindset, or productivity system. The reality is far more complex. Most mothers quickly discover that after giving birth, returning to work is not a neat transition. I...
