We are delighted to welcome as a guest teacher at our Mallorca retreat this July.

Rooted in her own healing journey, Loes is a yoga instructor and holistic practitioner devoted to intentional living. With trainings in Kundalini, Yin Yoga, Reiki, and Sound Healing, her approach is soft, integrative, and deeply restorative.

During the retreat, Loes will guide a Kundalini yoga session alongside Shannon, accompanied by the resonance of the Alchemy Crystal Singing Bowls. She will also offer one-on-one Reiki sessions, available as an additional experience for those who feel called.

Her presence brings an added layer of depth to the experience, an invitation to slow down, reconnect, and meet yourself more fully.

Join us at Aki Sound Studio with Shannon & Marie Mestdagh for a sacred evening honouring Beltane. A time of blooming, renewal, and the awakening of life force energy.

This intimate women’s circle invites you to slow down, connect, and celebrate this potent seasonal threshold together.

We open with a sharing circle, exploring themes of renewal, passion, and creativity, before creating a living mandala with blossoms as an offering of intention. We’ll then drop into presence with ceremonial cacao, followed by a deeply restorative sound bath with alchemy crystal bowls and shamanic instruments.

We close with a gentle circle, honouring each woman and the space we’ve created together. A safe, nurturing space for rest, reflection, and remembering.

Our advanced two-day training builds on the foundations, expanding your artistry, confidence, and understanding of sound. You’ll move beyond the basics into music theory, interval practice, and advanced transmissions, learning to craft sound journeys with greater precision, creativity, and presence.

Guided by Lama Brian Hilliard and Shannon van Staden, this training brings together both the practical and the more subtle, immersive dimensions of sound healing.
