Many of my patients ask me to record some videos from time to time to help them with their motivation at home. To be honest, I do not really like to make videos of myself and I am super shy to post it anywhere.
However :) one of my patients put an idea in my head:
'Just imagine that like this you can help many more people'.
So here it is! Example of an easy upper body workout.
What can happen if you do it?
You may feel amazing.
You may realize that you actually enjoy weights.
You may experience a relief in your mid back and neck.
You may get into a better mood.
You may grow some muscles.
You may reduce the risk of osteoporosis.
You may improve your cardiovascular system.
You may inspire others.
So... maybe it is worth it :)
