Hi, I am Madalina, a certified yoga instructor based in Brussels, facilitator, entrepreneur and founder of Rising Shakti Yoga. My mission is to bring transformation and balance into your life through ancient and powerful techniques that help you to reconnect with your true essence and to live more authentically. I love to create a safe space for you to connect with your body, to release stress and

emotions that don’t serve. During my classes, I combine modern Vinyasa with ancient and more traditional yoga practices.

Corporate yoga @ lunch time is always a good idea. 🎉💫 i am once in a while volunteering in guiding yoga classes where I work. I am always surprised by the capacity we have to come back to the heart no matter where we are! 🧘yoga creates magic, morning, evening or lunch time 🙂

For these classes I don’t charge, but I always encourage to give back to a good cause! Giving back is so important! 🌈🎉🤩

I am an achiever and a goal-oriented person. That is my nature and in the past this brought me to exhaustion. But in recent years I learned how to harness and use this drive in a healthy way for my life. For all the high achievers out there, yes, I believe this is possible.

🧘‍♀️ Did you know that yoga and sound healing can significantly enhance your focus and productivity? 🌿 Life can be overwhelming, and stress has a way of creeping into our daily routines. Yesterday, I had a conversation with one of my clients, an amazing woman who went through a lot in the past two years. She shared how she recently snapped out and simply forgot where she was and who she was, a moment that left her feeling scared 😨, unworthy, and panicked 😰.

This is a good example of what extreme stress and trauma can do to us—it pushes us to dissociation. If you’ve ever experienced that, please know this is a serious sign but has nothing to do with your worthiness.

The lesson here is that we really need to make time to manage stress. As a yoga instructor 🧘‍♀️ and way before teaching, I’ve found that incorporating small doses of yoga into my life helps me manage stress and navigate difficult times 🧘‍♂️.

🌿 Calm and peace sound like a distant dream? I hear you!!! As a high achiever, I constantly juggle stress and the never-ending quest for perfection. It's simply not easy to keep a sane mind these days. We often feel like we're not enough or not doing enough, always comparing our lives to others.
