Managing stress- from surviving to thriving

Maybe the summer didn’t bring the rest and recovery you were hoping for. Perhaps you’ve been living on autopilot for some time, or rarely experience a real sense of relaxation.
We know how it feels to live for the next break that never seems to arrive!

Our full schedules, performance-driven mindset and many other triggers can generate a lot of stress.

Managing Stress: From Surviving to Living

4 evenings to restore calm, clarity and resilience.
Together, we will guide you step by step in a small, safe group.
We will explore understanding and consciously managing stress, relaxing your body, feeling and processing emotions, working with thoughts and beliefs, and creating new, nourishing perspectives.
There are no expectations—nothing you “must” do—only a warm space where you can land, catch your breath, and grow.

Healing and recovery begin where you allow yourself to make the shift:
From stress → to relaxation and openness
From fear → to trust and curiosity

Isn’t friendship very close to unconditional love? ❤️

Summer season can be a time for connecting with friends and family. We can spend time together, organising weekends out, a holiday, a BBQ or just a drink somewhere.

Some of them you see quite often and some of them you just see once a year. We’re curious about their experiences in life, we listen to them, we trust them. We don’t judge them but appreciate them as they are. Isn’t friendship very close to unconditional love?

To ourselves we are far more critical, judgy or demanding, isn’t it? What is your amount of self-love? Are you able to look at yourself without judgment?
Are you willing to listen to yourself with a curious mindset, to accept yourself with
everything that is?

Real healing is not a straight line

Many people come into therapy hoping for an fast or straight line forward — and that’s understandable. But real healing, especially of the heart, body & mind, rarely follows a perfect upward path.

It twists. It dips. It pauses.
And often, the real turning point comes when we take ownership of our process.

That moment when we see:
“This is my work to do.”
It can be painful — and also deeply liberating. Because from that place, something new can begin to grow. More conscious. More rooted with kindness..

I’m Eva, a clinical psychologist with a holistic view of well-being. In addition to my work as a psychologist, I also work as a (yin) yoga instructor and I offer sound healing sessions, both individually and in groups. Since I believe that therapy can be so much more than words alone, I use talk therapy during therapy sessions, combined with body-oriented techniques such as breathwork, mindfulness and creative therapy, tailored to your needs.
I guide adults, children and young adults from the age of 8.

Meghan Kelly, born and raised in Colorado but now based in Brussels. She is an internationally trained and internationally recognized speaker on the subject of Constellations. Today as an Integrative Therapist Meghan combines Constellation work with other tools including Somatic Therapy and Trauma Recovery (Bioenergetics and Somatic Experience) and Counseling Astrology. She is passionate about sharing Constellations with others for healing, understanding and accessing the greater mystery of life and our family stories. Let’s introduce:​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​My name is Matthias.
I have been working as a coach for years, for a long time mainly for career questions, but equally for all kinds of issues that people get stuck on. This can be in the field of work, relationships, self-confidence and motivation, vulnerability, balance, existential questions like "where do I want to go with my life"... All themes that concern me.

Lately, in addition to the mental approach, I have been involving the body as a tool to find answers. We don't have the culture of listening to our bodies and trusting them. But the body is much smarter and more reliable than our brain. So it is worth exploring what it has to say: where there’re tensions, where it is not flowing, and exploring how to make it flow.

Both approaches reinforce each other. Talking while feeling and feeling while talking. And consciously "being" in the moment, in connection with yourself and with your environment.

To this end, I use holistic massage alongside coaching on the one hand, which has both a relaxing and revitalising effect and acts deeply on your system to achieve this. In addition, I work with Prana Flow massage, which awakens your life energy and allows it to flow again.
