This workshop is designed for people who are busy, often mentally overloaded, and aware that their body needs attention - but don’t have the time or tools to deal with it properly.
Using the SHAPE Method, you’ll learn how to reduce tension, build awareness, and feel better in ways that fit into your day, not disrupt it.
Through movement, breathwork, mindfulness, and meditation, we’ll work through the areas that tend to carry the most - neck, shoulders, back, hips, wrists, and feet - and introduce stress-relief practices you can use in under five minutes.
These are the kinds of tools that help you stay clear under pressure and make your energy more sustainable over time.
You’ll leave with a personalised 10-minute mini-plan and handouts including:
