Bhavanā. Cultivation of the seed planted.

Sunday on the Danube. Not warm, neither sunny. A few asanas on the beach. A swim in green grayish waters. Grey translates as silver. Simple, easy, complicated?
I sometimes complicate the simple and simplify the, well, the multilayered and complex.
Putting yoga into boxes like well-being, flexibility, calmness is also a massive reduction.
It is so much more, a quest for equanimity, authenticity, for embracing the paradox and living duality with all that it presents.
Not a wellness technique at all.

Working with 🔥 at the peak of the summer is always special. Purifying quality of the 🔥 element noticeable in rotations, grounding cools excessive.
FACE and CARE are acronyms that can be shuffled and played around. FACE may also become faithful, anchored, connected, evolving. Just a reminder of creative energy that runs through us.

Vo štvrtok 12 júna o 18h bude viniyoga v priestore škôlky Nezbedná Stonožka.
Ste vítaní. Dajte mi vedieť, ak máte záujem vyskúšať zvedavú🧘‍♀️
Po dlhom čase dávam tejto zostave označenie vini - je to návrat k mojej prvej skúsenosti s jogou, z ktorej vyrástlo postupne vedomie o prepojení.
Vrátila som sa v duchu aj na internete k prof. Claudeovi Maréchalovi, ktorý nám zdôrazňoval, že sa nemáme brániť začať na začiatku.
Život je konieckoncov sériou začiatkov z rôznych koncov a kútov, na rôznych miestach a podložkách 🧘‍♀️.
Základné a zásadné asany nám ukážu, čo je svieže, možné a nové.

Happy teachers day to all beings.
Mind the inner teacher is the true guru and we exchange roles of students and teachers all the time.
Two nights of long spring recharge sessions dedicated to the Earth. Connecting to the support and nourishment of the earth and acknowledging opposing energies. Light and dark, light and heavy, all observed with equanimity.
Thank you Birgit Weise-Montag for hosting, co-organising and contributing with warm magical presence.
Thankful to trust and confidence of all participants.
Spring 🌧 blessing in Brussels. Will make the flowers and budding trees happy.

A slow spring workshop on rotations with Frédéric has brought this seated asana. Among a few others. Focuing on a handful postures with deep attention opens new doors and ways. Slows breath, strips off the unnecessary, brings out new layers. Beyond words, it is the experience that counts. 🐌

On time of changes moments with kids and pets offers a vital perspective. Kids and pets live in the present moment and do not stress about a pile of admin and to-do lists.
Other tools that work for me:
Walk. And walk some more.
Yoga nidra practice which is a full body massage.
Smile at strangers.
Explore coffee places.
Buy a loaf of a really good bread and share it.
❤️ coherence breath: in 5 out 5 seconds.
Equanimity practice. (This one is a challenge).
Zoom out: We all breathe, walk and share the same 🌎
All changes all the time and it sometimes feels shaky and insecure. Embrace.
