We spend up to one-third of our lives asleep, and the overall state of our "sleep health" remains an essential question throughout our lifespan.

Most of us know that getting a good night’s sleep is important, but too few of us actually make those eight or so hours between the sheets a priority. For many of us with sleep debt, we’ve forgotten what being really, truly rested feels like.

Do you battle to go to sleep-; How do you fall asleep in 5 minutes?
This breathing exercise will help lull you to sleep for free:
1 Breathe in through your nose for four seconds.
2 Hold your breath for seven seconds.
3 Slowly breathe out through your mouth for eight seconds.
4 Repeat this process until you fall asleep.

Many people have been asking me about exfoliation, how to do it.

Almost everyone have heard about exfoliation but they don't know how to do it

And not everyone can afford to buy expensive body scrub but that doesn't mean you shouldn't exfoliate because it is very important in your skincare routine.

There are many DIY(do it yourself) body scrub that you can use

I have a DIY scrub that I do use and I love, its makes your skin soft and feel fresh, it is called "Tomato and sugar scrub"
So I'm going teach you how to do that.

*Tomato and Sugar Scrub*

• 2 big tomatoes or 4 small tomatoes
• Granulated sugar (white sugar)

Method

• Slice your tomatoes
• Dip it in Sugar (one tomato at a time)
• Then rub in a circular motion on your face, neck, and body
• Rub in a circular motion for 5 to 10 minutes and rinse with lukewarm water
• Then, Moisturize your skin; it is very important you moisturize your skin after exfoliation (don't use cream, use a moisturizer)

You can also use any natural oil as your moisturizer e.g. coconut oil, avocado oil or almond oil.
•Then you can go back to your normal cream on the next day.

You have such beautiful eyes!

A radiant look is the ultimate sign of youthfulness. The first signs of aging usually occur in the area around the eyes. Moisture, dark circles, overhanging eyelids, wrinkles, and puffiness. Why? Because compared to the rest of our face, the flow of blood and fluid is overloaded in this zone. The result is a reduced flow of essential substances and an accelerated aging of the eye contour.

A brief outline of the most common problems

😇It might start out innocently. After a late night out you wake up with puffiness and dark circles under our eyes. An hour of cold compresses and some massaging is sufficient to start the day as if nothing happened. However, the circulation of fluid and blood received a nasty blow and the consequences will eventually be inevitable.
😥A few years later, every reflection looks back at you with sleepy eyes. Accumulation of moisture and fat settles permanently under your eyes.

▶️The muscles around the eyes suffer from malnutrition and overly exerted tension. This eventually leads to the notorious crow's feet, the wrinkles of expression around the eyes. Many doctors still recommend that adults drink eight 8oz. glasses of water per day, but that amount may need to be higher or lower depending on other factors such as your level of physical activity and your size.

New research suggests taking your weight, dividing it in two and drinking that number in ounces per day.

Start by adding just one extra glass of water a day to what you are already drinking. You may soon see an increase in your energy.

Nutrition
Nutrition is a complicated thing nowadays with food allergies and food intolerances in abundance. What is healthy for your body may not be healthy for someone else’s but there are certain commonalities that I think most people could agree on. Cut down on sugar. Eat plenty of fruits and vegetables. Eat a variety of foods. Maintain good portion control standards for your body in terms of your height and energy level.

Nutrition is not about weight. It’s about health. It’s about fuelling your body with good energy sources so that it can work at its optimum capacity. Having healthy food on hand is half the battle. I find that by making freezer meals ahead so that I don’t have to meal plan and can easily pull out supper every day, I eat less junk.Cut out one thing that you know is not healthy for your body even if it is a small thing like adding one scoop of sugar into your tea instead of two.

5. Exercise.benefits of being healthy, Physical activity like a walking, running etc. if you dislike excises get a start with something not too hectic like walking the dog, cleaning your backyard, gardening, any hobby that get you moving a minimum of 5000 and build slowly to 10000 steps a day.
