HR One Group held its 2nd Young MD Summit at KU Leuven, Medical School. With the support of a professional panel of enthusiastic M.D.s, active in the life science industry, young M.D.s in training are inspired to look beyond the traditional roles for their future career.

The Dean of the Faculty of Medicine, Prof. Dr. Paul Herijgers and Managing Director of HR One Group, Charlotte Peters, emphasized the importance to encourage collaboration between academia and business. HR One Group will indeed continue to liaise both worlds.

HR One Group and the Faculty of Medicine of KU Leuven are the organising partners of the Young MD Summit 2017.

This summit is open to all medical students; Bachelor - Master - PhD. There is a representative panel of Medical Doctors who hold challenging positions within the pharmaceutical industry. The event will take place on February 23rd 2017 at the Faculty of Medicine Gasthuisberg.The panel discussion will be extended to 4 additional workshops, focussing on the following topics: clinical operations - market access - medical affairs & how to land a job in the industry. The event starts at 5 pm.

The Young MD Summit is free of charge but sign up is compulsory.
