If there is one book I wish I had back in 2019. It would be this one. 💙
You may not know this but in 2020 I felt burned out, lonely while I was surrounded by love, sad, depressed and just not where I belonged. Until I found & where I did a 66 day meditation challenge. It changed my whole perspective on life. And here I am today 5 years later.. teaching yoga, giving the most amazing massages, surrounded by the most wonderful community, pregnant with my first baby, in love like never before with my partner and aspecially with life. 💙
All thanks to a meditation course I did back in our old apartment where everything changed. 🙏🏽
It’s through meditation that I found my purpose and place here. The one thing that still keeps me going every single day. The thing that makes me a better friend, girlfriend and will definitely help me on this journey I’m currently on of becoming a mom. 🥹
I’m sharing 19 highlights of the book wrote. It’s truly a book that everyone needs to have in their collection of mindfulness books. Everything you read you can feel that it’s been written from a human and that is what I like the most about it. Thank you for being such a brilliant person Rochelle, I know we have never met in person but we did sit next to each other once in a restaurant (honey.) in Bali the year before I started this journey so I’m sure it was all ment to be that I found you. Let’s hope we can meet each other one day. 💙
