Having joined , has awakened something within me ๐Ÿ”ฅ

Itโ€™s like a hunger to test myself, to see how fit I can get by just showing up for myself. Iโ€™m excited to continue to learn not to rush, and to listen to my body. To continue becoming average at as many things as possible โœŒ๏ธ

Iโ€™m almost turning 34, and yet Iโ€™ve never felt as fit before. The funny thing about it all, is that I feel like Iโ€™m just getting started โœŒ๏ธ

I had tried this workout in the lead up to the comp, and absolutely hated every second of it, and my hopes werenโ€™t that high ๐Ÿคข

I came in 3rd place in this workout, and I genuinely put it all down to my breathing๐Ÿ‘ƒ๐Ÿ˜ฎโ€๐Ÿ’จ

The aim was to breathe steadily, and stick to nasal breathing for as much / long as possible. By the time I got to the box jump overs that idea went out the door for a minute, but coming back to my breath, helps me to focus, to stay in control of my fatigue and to ultimately perform at my best.

When working with me, youโ€™ll learn how to breathe to transform your internal world, but ALSO, to deliver physical performance at itโ€™s finest ๐Ÿ’ฏ

Change your breath, and change your physique!

First comp done โœ… ๐Ÿฅ‡

My heart is full, my mind is blown, and my legs are sore.

To be honest, I have totally surprised myself with my performance over the weekend.

I walked into the comp with the idea of not wanting to finish last.

On day 1, my body felt good and all workouts turned out better than expected. I sat in 5th place heading into day 2, which got me excited - as I knew Iโ€™d be making a change on the running event.

With a bit of luck (thanks team ๐Ÿ˜‰) I somehow managed to end up first on the running event. Which somehow got me into first position. Managed to keep things in check in the final workout and bring the title home ๐Ÿฅ‡

This whole thing has gotten me even more hyped for my fitness journey, looking forward to find out what my body is capable of ๐Ÿฆ๐Ÿš€

Special to and for everything youโ€™ve done. And a huge thank you to all of you who helped volunteering, and cheered me on along the way, youโ€™re a bunch of legends.
