I had tried this workout in the lead up to the comp, and absolutely hated every second of it, and my hopes werenโt that high ๐คข
I came in 3rd place in this workout, and I genuinely put it all down to my breathing๐๐ฎโ๐จ
The aim was to breathe steadily, and stick to nasal breathing for as much / long as possible. By the time I got to the box jump overs that idea went out the door for a minute, but coming back to my breath, helps me to focus, to stay in control of my fatigue and to ultimately perform at my best.
