But you know what? Smiling works. The action in itself not only changes your physical appearance - and often makes you look better., but it tells your brain to release neuropeptides (transmitters) like dopamine and endorphins.
They will literally help you feel better, aid in pain relief and even be antidepressant.

Just a few days ago I told you, 1 of 5 things to change your physique is :
Have GOOD sleep. Let me show you 3 simple things you're not doing and can implement tonight

1. Think in cycles of 90' - 3 blocks = 4,5 hours 4 blocks = 6 hours, 5 blocks = 7,5 hours (ideally for most)
Now calculate back from when you need to wake up = when you go to bed.

2. Take 15-30' (or longer) to slow your mind down. Write down your thoughts, meditate, even stretch, read a book, have s*x - and NO Screens

3. When you lie down , think of things you're grateful for, move your attention to relaxing your body, your face, your shoulders and just breath deeply and let yourself slide into a deep sleep.

These steps are not the end all be all ๐Ÿ˜‰

Ever hear someone (or yourself) saying:
I am sick
I am stupid
I am scared
โ€ฆ
I have and have said these type of statements, and most likely you have to

But then have you ever heard someone say:

I am beautiful
I am strong
I am smart

Probably not.

Why is that?

Why would you call yourself all these negative emotions you feel at any moment, but you wonโ€™t tell yourself positive affirmations?

Did you know that words have power?
Do you know that they can shape you, your circumstances, your life.
Unconsciously most of the time, but they still do.

Try this. Every time you feel a negative emotion or feeling trying to bring you down, even a feeling of sickness, say this:

I am grateful to be alive
I am thankful for my health
I am happy
I feel joy and peace
I am confident
I am pleased with myself
I am loved
I am grateful forโ€ฆ.kids, partner,house,...

When youโ€™re cycling, driving your car, walking, praying or meditating, it doesnโ€™t matter.

These practices have nothing to do with religion, because they will work for anyone at anytime.
Believe me, I can be one negative guyโ€ฆ
But practices like these have helped me become more of the person that I want to be.

Start speaking life over you, start healing your mind, body and soul by expressing who you were meant to be.

So many people day and day out talk bad about themselves, donโ€™t be that person!

Be like the Mole and be kind to yourself, even if itโ€™s simply by thinking and talking positive about yourself.
