5 manieren om kracht te trainen tussen de bedrijven door 💪

Geen tijd voor de fitness? Deze mini-workouts passen in elke drukke ouderdag:

1. Squat terwijl je koffie zet (20x)
2. Push-ups tijdens reclameblokjes
3. Lunges op weg naar de wasmachine
4. Plank tijdens het tandenpoetsen van de kids
5. Trap op/af rennen

Elke beweging telt! Het gaat niet om perfectie, maar om consistentie. 5 minuten hier, 3 minuten daar - zo bouw je sterkte op zonder extra tijd te ‘vinden’.

Because social media is often a facade, no?

But you know what? Smiling works. The action in itself not only changes your physical appearance - and often makes you look better., but it tells your brain to release neuropeptides (transmitters) like dopamine and endorphins.
They will literally help you feel better, aid in pain relief and even be antidepressant.

So here's to smiles 🙌🏽

𝗧𝗵𝗲 𝗽𝗼𝘄𝗲𝗿 𝗼𝗳 𝘄𝗼𝗿𝗱𝘀 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗵𝗼𝘄 𝘁𝗼 𝘀𝘁𝗮𝗿𝘁 𝗯𝗲𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗸𝗶𝗻𝗱 𝘁𝗼 𝘆𝗼𝘂𝗿𝘀𝗲𝗹𝗳

Ever hear someone (or yourself) saying:
I am sick
I am stupid
I am scared

I have and have said these type of statements, and most likely you have to

But then have you ever heard someone say:

I am beautiful
I am strong
I am smart

Probably not.

Why is that?

Why would you call yourself all these negative emotions you feel at any moment, but you won’t tell yourself positive affirmations?

Did you know that words have power?
Do you know that they can shape you, your circumstances, your life.
Unconsciously most of the time, but they still do.

Try this. Every time you feel a negative emotion or feeling trying to bring you down, even a feeling of sickness, say this:

I am grateful to be alive
I am thankful for my health
I am happy
I feel joy and peace
I am confident
I am pleased with myself
I am loved
I am grateful for….kids, partner,house,...

When you’re cycling, driving your car, walking, praying or meditating, it doesn’t matter.

These practices have nothing to do with religion, because they will work for anyone at anytime.
Believe me, I can be one negative guy…
But practices like these have helped me become more of the person that I want to be.

Start speaking life over you, start healing your mind, body and soul by expressing who you were meant to be.

So many people day and day out talk bad about themselves, don’t be that person!

Be like the Mole and be kind to yourself, even if it’s simply by thinking and talking positive about yourself.
