Welcome to The Spring Threshold Series.

A 4-part Joyflow journey designed specifically with ADHD and neurodivergent nervous systems in mind - helping you move from overthinking into embodiment.

Guided by the rhythm of the Celtic Tree months and the Moon’s cycle, this is a progressive return to yourself:

From Gaia’s grounding reset, through Hawthorn’s boundary magic, into Taurus’ sensual anchoring, and finally the Flower Moon’s radiant expression.

Not separate classes, a somatic journey that gently repatterns how you inhabit your body.

Across the series, we work with:

✨ Grounding practices that support focus, steadiness, and presence

DREAM LIKE A WILLOW. ACT LIKE A WARRIOR. 🌿🔥

On April 14th, we find ourselves in the ‘in-between.’

The Celtic Tree Month of Willow begins on the 15th, bringing a tide of intuition and dreams. Two days later, the Aries New Moon arrives with a surge of warrior courage.

In this special Joyflow workshop, we aren’t choosing between soft or strong. We are becoming both.

What exactly is ‘The Flowing Warrior’? It’s a movement experience designed to help you navigate change with flexibility while staying fiercely rooted in your purpose.

✨ Phase 1: Fluidity. We use slow-flow movement to tap into the subconscious. What is your intuition trying to tell you?
✨ Phase 2: Fire. We transition into rhythmic, high-energy sequences to stoke the solar plexus and build the courage to act.
✨ Phase 3: Focus. We close with a ‘Warrior’s Will’ mapping ritual to set your New Moon intentions in stone.

Together we explore nervous system reset and a cosmic alignment.

When we dissolve the barriers within ourselves, we don’t just find self-love; we find our connection to the entire living world. To heal the self is to heal a part of the Earth. To love the Earth is to embrace our own reflection. 🌿💧

We feel so blessed to experience this kind of awe and inspiration today. What a delicious human feeling it is to awaken the soul and feel so deeply for people we’ve never met.

To everyone who has moved, breathed, and bared their soul at our Joyflow workshops: thank you for your courage. 🤍

If you’ve left the session feeling a bit raw, quiet, or ‘wide open’, please know this is normal.. we like to call this a Vulnerability Hangover. In our work together, we move energy that has often been held tight for years. When that “armour” thins, the fresh air can feel a bit cold at first.

Feeling big emotions doesn’t mean something is wrong - it’s a sign that your system is processing and finding its natural flow. 🌊

~ We have put together this little aftercare manual which could help you to find grounding and look after your magic ~

🧚🏼‍♀️ My personal fave: Place one hand on your heart and one on your belly. Breathe into the space between your palms (especially yum in reclined butterfly pose🦋) ~This is a physical “bracket” for your nervous system and a repeatable anchor you can return to forever. 🌿

Save this guide for when the “big feelings” arrive, and remember: the river doesn’t apologise for its depth.

Exploring The Blue: Movement & Voice 🌊

Sometimes, life takes the theme of “Impermanence” quite literally 🌀 After our space was unexpectedly flooded yesterday, we’ve had to lean into the flow and push our session back by one week. 🌊✨

~ C’est la vie ~

Do you ever feel like you’ve wanted to say something, but the words got stuck? Or notice a tight jaw or a “lump” in your throat after a long, busy day?

If you’ve ever felt like you’re holding back your true expression, this rescheduled session is an invitation to open up to some throat playfulness followed by deep, restorative rest.

What is JoyFlow & Danu? 🕊️
JoyFlow is my signature approach to movement, shifting from ‘performing’ to ‘feeling’, using play and intuition to unlock the body’s natural rhythm. In this session, we honour Danu, the ancient Celtic Goddess of the flowing waters. She reminds us that like water, our energy and our voices are meant to move, clear, and flow freely - even when the path (or the studio) takes an unexpected turn.

The Journey (90 Minutes):
• We start by clearing “stuck” energy through playful vocal resonance and throat chakra work. No singing..just fun, low pressure group sounds to find your vibration. ✨
• We then sink into a Yin Yoga flow on Impermanence. As we hold deep, gentle poses, we’ll practice the art of letting go, watching tension dissolve like mist on a river. 🌙

Something within us is completing its journey, while something new is preparing to begin. We’ll begin by finding our voice, and end by finding our peace. ✨

For our session on Tuesday 17th, we’re looking at the connection between our bodies and our voices 🫂

Do you ever feel like you’ve wanted to say something, but the words just wouldn’t come out? Do you ever feel a physical tightness in your throat when you’re under pressure? Do you ever feel like you’re holding back your true self just to “fit in”?

🌀This session is for you to explore some throat playfulness and vocal freedom 🌀

~We’re spending 90 minutes shifting that ‘stuck’ energy. We’ll start with a 60-minute Yoga flow focused on Impermanence..learning to move through change and let go of physical tension. ~

•~•~Then, we’ll spend 30 minutes doing some fun group vocal exercises to shake off that tightness and get our voices moving. It’s lighthearted, low-pressure, and a great way to release stress.~•~•

No singing, no performing, and no “good” voices required. This is simply about using sound as a tool to open up, de-stress, and find your natural flow. 🌊

It’s time to get back in touch with... well, yourself. 🌿

We aren’t just talking about pleasure (though we’re big fans of that, too). We’re talking about the vital, daily practice of self-soothing touch.

For our neurodivergent community (especially those with ADHD) this is a game-changer. When your brain feels like it’s full of static, physical touch provides the proprioceptive input your nervous system is craving to feel grounded and safe.

~ The Science Bit ~
It’s not just in your head; it’s in your hormones. Intentional self-touch (like a firm squeeze of the arm or a slow massage) triggers the release of Oxytocin. Often called the ‘cuddle hormone’, Oxytocin is a natural stress-shredder - byeeee feliciaaa. It actively lowers cortisol (stress) levels and signals to your brain that you are safe, protected, and ‘home’.

Get curious…Whether it’s the way you apply your moisturiser or a rhythmic ‘butterfly hug’ to calm a panic spike, make it intentional.

What is your body telling you? Does it need a gentle tickle or a firm, grounding hold?

Promise to listen. Promise to discover those secret spots of delight. You belong to you.
