There is a specific kind of soul hunger that sets in when we spend too much time under artificial lights. It’s an ache for a place we’ve forgotten, but our bodies remember. 🌿

As so beautifully writes, we aren’t “fans” of nature. We don’t just visit the woods. We are the woods. We are the slow pulse of the tide, the reach of the oak, and the ancient memory held within the soil.

When life feels heavy, when the noise of the world starts to seep into your spirit it’s usually because you’ve been away from ‘home’ for too long.

Some simple tricks to reconnect with the Earthy medicine:
* Bare feet on the grass
* The scent of the soil - get your mits in the mud! That deep, earthy musk is the smell of life itself.
* Dunk yourself in the water - wash away, cleanse and reset.

Stop trying to think your way out of the darkness. Instead, feel your way back to the light ✨

Crumble the dirt between your fingers! Sit under a tree until you remember that you are held!

You aren’t a machine. You are a miracle of roots and stardust. Go home today. The earth has missed you.

This is the Snow Moon — a full moon that arrives in the quiet heart of winter, when the earth is resting and life is gathering itself beneath the surface.

In Leo, this moon doesn’t ask us to perform or push forward. It invites a gentle courage — the kind that comes from staying true to the heart, even in stillness.

Where winter asks us to conserve our energy, Leo reminds us to keep the inner fire warm.
Not loud. Not urgent.

Just steady, honest, alive.

This Full Moon offers a moment to release what feels heavy or overcomplicated, and to return to what is simple, nourishing and real — before the deeper shifts of eclipse season begin.

Let yourself be witnessed first by your own heart.
That is enough. ✨

🌿 Snow Moon journaling prompts

✧ What am I being asked to slow down and protect right now?
✧ Where can I soften instead of striving?
✧ What part of me wants to be expressed — gently, without force?
✧ What no longer needs my energy this season?
✧ How can I tend my inner fire through the rest of winter?

🔥 Full Moon mantra

“I release what weighs me down.
I honour my heart’s truth.
My light is steady, warm, and enough.”

Big love,
Isobel ✨

Yoga is more than movement.

Beyond the shapes and strength, it is a practice of remembering. Of breath, presence, and coming home to yourself.

My journey with yoga began many moons ago, and it changed me. Through daily movement and breath, something softened, something opened.
It felt like a rebirth.

Yoga isn’t about how a posture looks.
Bodies are beautifully different.
The practice meets us exactly where we are.
For me, yoga is a self-love journey.
A way of listening inward.
Of noticing what I need, moment by moment.
Of returning to the breath when the mind wanders.
Of learning how to stay.

What is yoga for you?

🦋✨Imagination for transformation ✨🦋

Imagination isn’t fantasy — it’s a creative force.
Neville Goddard taught that what we assume and feel as true within is what eventually takes form without.

🌀Transformation doesn’t come from forcing change,
but from shifting the state we’re living from.🌀

How to work with it:
• Choose a desire and imagine it as already complete
• Step into the feeling you’d have if it were done
• Let the body soften into that state — relief, gratitude, ease
• Return to this inner knowing, especially before sleep
• Release the need to check or control the outer world

It’s not about effort or constant visualising.
🫂It’s about embodiment.🫂

Change the inner state, and life reorganises itself around you.

✨ Reflection:
What inner state are you tending right now —
and what reality might it be growing?

Tend the imagination gently.
It’s the soil from which reality grows 🌱

A gathering of women.

Across time — from Indigenous traditions to Celtic and Pagan practices — circles have been sacred spaces to share wisdom, honour cycles, and reclaim power.

Here, we can speak, listen, and simply be.

Sharing stories and emotions fosters connection and belonging, releasing oxytocin, the bonding hormone, and supporting resilience and healing.

Circles remind us of what was once natural — community, care, and shared wisdom.

They are not about self-improvement, but about collective power, truth, and remembrance.

Have ADHD and feel like meditation isn’t accessible right now?

Before stillness, we can build awareness — through the body and the senses.

Walking meditation became my doorway in.
I stopped listening to music on walks and let the world hold my attention instead.

Mantras are still one of my most-used tools.
When I notice a spiral beginning, singing a mantra brings me back and allows me to process my emotions without being overwhelmed. This allows me to honour my emotions — as often with ADHD, negative thoughts can sometimes become sticky and looping.

If you do use music as a grounding tool, we recommend choosing soft, gentle sounds that support focus and presence.

Be kind to yourself as you begin.
Starting this kind of inner exploration is brave.

The first full moon of 2026 rises in Cancer 🌕

A moon of tenderness, remembrance and emotional truth.
Cancer invites us home — back into the body, back into feeling, back into what is quietly asking to be cared for.

This is a moment to soften.
To listen beneath the noise.
To honour what has carried us here, and what we’re ready to lay down.

Journal with the moon:

✨ What energy do I want to embody as I move through 2026?
✨ What am I choosing to gently release as this year begins?
✨ What does alignment look and feel like for me right now — in my body, my heart, my rhythms?
✨ How do I want to feel in my life and in my work this year?
✨ Which intentions am I ready to nurture with devotion and care?

Cancer reminds us that strength can be soft.
That safety is created from within.
That when we tend to our inner world with love, the outer world responds in kind.

May this full moon hold you.
May it soothe your nervous system.
May it guide you back to what feels like home.
