✨ Privé groepssessie in de studio ✨

Vandaag hadden we een vrijgezellensessie in de studio. De bride-to-be had zin in een rustig lesje, en zo geschiedde. Alles volledig op maat, helemaal afgestemd op wat de groep wou.

Wil je zelf een privé groepssessie organiseren (vrijgezellen, verjaardag, teambuilding, of gewoon een gezellig moment met vrienden)? Dat kan! 🌸

In de studio is alles voorzien, je kan je omkleden en wij zorgen dat het programma helemaal aansluit bij jullie wensen.

Echt een cadeautje voor je lichaam en geest.

We beginnen met zachte yin yoga, waarin je lichaam de tijd krijgt om te openen en spanning los te laten. Terwijl je steeds dieper ontspant, vullen de kristalheldere klanken van de Crystal Tones® Alchemy Bowls de ruimte.
Deze schalen – gemaakt van puur kwarts en edelstenen – werken door tot diep in je lichaam en zenuwstelsel. De trillingen helpen om je hartslag te vertragen, je adem te verdiepen en je hoofd tot rust te brengen.

It is a pure joy to finish with a beautiful new offering Soulful Sunday, practice from the heart.

These sessions invite you to go beyond physical yoga practice and dive into the world of mantra.
I warmly encourage you to join even if, and perhaps exactly because of, feeling vulnerable about using your voice.

🌿The purpose is to gently guide you in the process of opening and strengthening your own unique voice.

🌿You are invited to take any time and steps you need, which can mean simply listening and absorbing the vibrations of the sounds at first, letting your inner mantra strenghten and emerge.
