✨ Кой може да участва?
👥 Млади хора (18–24 г.) от Испания, Гърция, Унгария, България и Румъния, които:
- говорят добре английски ✍️
- са отворени за приключения (спане навън, катерене) 🏕️
- искат да развиват личните си умения 🌱
- са готови да изключат дигиталното и да бъдат напълно присъстващи 🌍
👤 Групов лидер (25+) – с опит в работата с младежи, силни комуникационни умения, желание да подкрепя групата и готовност да участва в outdoor дейности.
🧘‍♀️ Програмата е без алкохол и наркотици, с вегетарианско меню и фокус върху автентичната връзка с природата и хората.

💥This immersive 10-day training invites you on a journey of
personal growth, inner exploration, and physical challenge. At
its heart is a 6-day hike-pilgrimage along the Via
Transilvanica – “The path that unites” – through the
Romanian mountains. Together, we will explore the art of
journeying through life, weaving together physical movement,
mindful presence, community, and meaningful reflection.

👥Participants profile:
👉youth workers, trainers, educators, coaches, and volunteers aged 21+
👉good communication skills in English
👉interested to spend time outdoors in nature and explore their inner landscapes
👉ready to spend 6 days in nature without digital technology

Join us for an inspiring study visit to Norway, where you'll:

✅Participate in Arendalsuka – Norway’s largest political gathering

What to expect?
📌Specialised conflict mediation programme
📌Practice the principles of non-violent communication
📌Exploring conflict and our response to it
📌Training team, professionals in psycho drama, psychology, non-violent communication

💡The training is aimed at youth workers, leaders of youth organisations, teachers and trainers in formal and non-formal education with experience in the youth field and interested to improve their skills in conflict management.

If you are interested and:
1. Have experience in the youth field and the ability to apply what you have learned;
2. English level at least B2
3. Time and willingness to take part in all activities provided
4. You are from Turkey, Greece, Romania

Sometimes the picture is bigger than what we focus on. Equal opportunity requires the realization that not everyone has the same resources. Our training participants came to this insight and acceptance is sometimes too emotional. The important thing is that in the end our eyes are opened wider.
