This is how our story begins, with an apocalyptic sign in California. T.

In 2015 we had visited California on vacation that later on would change the direction of my life 180 degrees. While driving around this beautiful state we have noticed scary signs “No Water No Jobs”. You can’t miss it especially around vast plain full of orange and pomegranate orchards. It is there screaming out load that the problem is in us, the consumers. For us it was clear what is going on giving the fact that we used to sell tons of chemical fertilizers and pesticides every year in Bulgaria. We have seen in only 10 years’ time how famers have turned best quality soil into dust that cannot keep the water properly. That is only a fraction of what brings this draught in California and everywhere in the world already. The question was how we can solve that! Siedner said: 'There is no more neutrality in the world. You either have to be part of the solution, or you're going to be part of the problem.' That is the key! It as simple as that – the food you’re going to choose each day, three times a day can change the world. By simply choosing the right food you help the nature get back it balance, you have your health in control, you look younger, you become happier and you make a pave the way to work on the other two aspects of your existence – your mind and soul.
