Providing holistic life coaching, personal and spiritual development, and as an holistic energies practitioner she can really help people out of their 'stuckness' and confusion and help them with their health and emotional and mental welfare. She is deeply committed and passionate in helping people improve their lives, health and well being. Helping and inspiring people to change and live their best lives. She supports people to live from their hearts to gain confidence and love. To help people accept themselves fully by giving them a greater understanding of themselves. She does this by helping them to connect back to themselves and their eternal wisdom. When a person comes to Julie for help / healing they are welcomed into a caring safe space. Issues no matter how big or small will be listened too without any judgement. Every person is different, every session if different and tailor made for the individual. With her unique insights and abilities she helps to start putting the broken pieces together. Giving people the safe space to let go of the baggage of the past, to look at life from a different space and perspective and find a clearer picture of their life's purpose and who they are.'Then supporting them to make the changes . Julie understands everyone needs to go at there own pace to release and heal, and has a clear understanding of situations people find themselves in. Julie runs many Holistic Workshops and Seminars on Personal Development, Jikiden Reiki, Crystal Therapy, Meditation, Positive Thinking, Colour Therapy. She teaches in person mainly in Bahrain, Kuwait, USA, UK and Greece. She also runs Bi Annual retreats in Lesvos Greece with Frank Arjava Petter called Finding your Inner Smile Retreats.
