I didn’t choose this. It's not like I woke up one day and decide “you know what, I think I’ll just move my entire business online.”

Everything shifted in less than 24 hours, and for a minute, it felt like everything I built was just gone.

My clients, my work, my routine.

I don’t do well sitting still, I don’t do well waiting, and I definitely don’t do well feeling like I’m not doing what I’m here to do. My work has heart and is purpose driven.

If I’m not helping people, I feel it. It’s not a cute “take a break” feeling, it’s heavy, frustrating, and it feels like the day is pointless.

So no, I wasn’t going to sit here for two and a half months and wait until life goes back to normal. I adapted, doing the same work, getting clients the same results, just a different way of delivering it.

Honestly, this opens a door that wasn’t open before. Now, you don’t have to be in the same city or even the same country as me. So if you’ve been watching, saving my posts, and thinking “I need this, but maybe later.” This is later. I’m not opening unlimited spots.

You don’t need another weight loss plan. I know that’s what you’ve probably been searching for. THE magical, elusive plan that will finally give you the results you've been chasing for years.

But we know how that goes, if you had already found something that actually worked, you wouldn’t still be here.

You wouldn’t be starting over again. You wouldn’t be doing “so good” for a few weeks and then watching it slowly fall apart. You wouldn’t be questioning what’s wrong with you.

You can look “healthy” and feel completely off in your body. I’ve lived both sides of this.

At my leanest, I was exhausted, low energy, mood swings, and telling myself I was fine because on paper, I was.

I was following the rules. Training hard, eating “right” and doing what I thought I was supposed to do. But my body wasn’t responding the way I expected.

This is the part no one talks about or wants to admit, because when things aren’t working, we don’t question the approach, we question ourselves.

👉🏼 I just need to be more consistent
👉🏼 I need more discipline
👉🏼 I need to try harder

But what if that’s not it?

What if your body isn’t giving you the result you want because it’s dealing with more than you realize?

This is where everything changed for me.

Not when I pushed harder, but when I started understanding what my body was actually doing. That’s the work I do now.

I feel like I am watching the battle in my mind play out in real life as I watch these two.

She's on constant alert because he's always sneaking up behind her, following her, or instigating. She's getting easily frustrated by him as she tries to adapt to her new surroundings with less space and privacy.

He just wants to be included but goes about it the wrong way. He's still young and constantly wants to play, not realizing sometimes we need to just relax and chill.

Just like life, it's a waiting game. Eventually over time, they will get used to each other and at least tolerate each other's company, but more likely will enjoy each other's company.

It's this void in the uncertainty that allows the thoughts to get louder and more distracting.

I know exactly where this leads if you don’t interrupt it because I lived it.

All of the pushing, the disconnect, the "I'm fine" on repeat, and even the quiet frustration of knowing something feels off but not knowing how to fix it.

Now, I walk women through the same pattern, the ones who felt stuck for years. Those who thought they just needed more discipline or who were one step away from giving up on themselves.

This is not about cleaning your house or “starting Monday.” This is about resetting the system that’s been running your life in the background.

The one that:
– keeps you exhausted
– drives your cravings
– makes consistency feel impossible

When we change that, everything else follows. Stubborn weight shifts, energy comes back and stabilizes.

You start showing up in a way that actually feels like you again. Not forced. Not temporary. Sustainable.

Sometimes you are lead in a direction that seems so off, making you question everything, it disrupts your entire being.

Life has been completely turned upside down, I have never felt so manipulated, so confused, or betrayed in my life.

I'm gutted and being pulled in two directions. The level of uncertainty is overwhelming, yet I cannot allow it to consume me.

In times like this, I have no choice but to put my hands up and surrender to a power higher than me and trust this is the path I am supposed to be on.

Nothing makes sense right now and I have given up trying to find the logic in it.

All I do know is that in times of despair and when I have felt the most resistance and challenging times, I have always come out stronger.

When asked today how I am feeling about everything going on in my life and after I shared the truth, I was told I sound surprisingly calm and in good spirits. This was the highlight of my week. It was a reminder and validation from a complete outsiders perspective that all the work I have done up until now has worked.

As long as you learn something from the experience, I wouldn't even call it a failure. Fear of failure doesn’t look like...

Fear of failure doesn’t look like quitting.
It looks like overthinking, waiting, perfecting, and staying “almost ready.”

Most people don’t fail because they’re incapable. They fail because their nervous system learned that being seen, judged, or disappointing others wasn’t safe. So they stall, shrink their dream, and they call it being realistic.

If you’ve failed before, congratulations. You dared to move while your fear was loud. That already puts you ahead of most people who never left the starting line.

Failure isn’t the problem, letting fear decide your life is.

Even networking isn't the same. In my experience, here in Bahrain it's less about meeting someone and trying to figure out what they can do for you and it's more about mutual support and growth, more of a how can I help you kind of vibe.

I invite you to take a serious look at how you feel about your life, your work, your relationships, etc. and listen to how you speak about it. Are you in the habit of grabbing the pen and writing your own story, or do you find yourself complaining, unhappy, finger pointing as if its someone else's fault, or circumstances from your past keeping you down.

I assure you, you have more control over your life and happiness than you think. Life and living feels good ✨️

What lights me up? Charity work 💜

This isn't just a thing I do during Ramadan. I have monthly sessions that either directly support my local community or the proceeds of the event will be given to a charity.

You don't have to have a business in order to give back. I truly believe there is always something we can do to have a positive impact on someone else.

It can even be something as simple as a smile. You never know what is going on in someone else's life, and your seemingly simple smile has the power to change the entire trajectory of someone's life.

Energy flows where focus goes...

One of the biggest shifts in my life came when I decided to drastically change the way I was thinking.

I used to think the world was against me. Questioning why I had to suffer with depression for over 20 years, why I had a spine of an 80 year old when I was 20, why I didn't have close girlfriends, why I never fit in, why I could never be successful or follow through, and why I was so sick with zero explanation from any doctor.

My body was on constant alert for any threat coming its way. Emails, text messages, phone calls all became threats. I was defensive and guarded. Constantly arguing and fighting with the people I cared about.

Until I decided this was no way to live. I was done.

Before I went to bed, I started to write down 2 things I was proud of or grateful for that happened that day.

When I woke up, before getting out of bed, I visualized how amazing my day was going to be. Thinking about how I wanted the day to go, how I wanted to feel, and the 2 big things I wanted to accomplish.

I know it sounds cliché, but this very simple practice CHANGED MY LIFE.

Now I was LOOKING for things to be grateful for. I was forecasting how I wanted my day to go, and it usually did. If anything came up that caused stress, I didn’t allow it to change my mood.

Can you imagine how different the world would be if everyone did this? It's free and no matter how things are going, there is ALWAYS something to be grateful for.

This morning, taking our puppy for a walk, I noticed the beauty in the sunrise, the peace in watching these birds chirp and play. Life IS good 💜✨️
