ماهي اسباب آلام الكتف؟وماهي الاعراض وكيف يكون التشخيص؟
✍🏼 يعتبر الكتف أحد أكثر مفاصل الجسم مرونة واستخداماً في حياتنا اليومية، لذا فإن أي ألم في الكتف قد يكون مزعجاً بشكل خاص وأكثر من ألم أي مفصل اخر.، وأبرز أسباب ألم الكتف هى:
⬅️التهاب وتمزق اوتار الكتف
⬅️تجمد الكتف او الكتف المتصلب
⬅️التهاب اوتار الكتف التكلسي
⬅️كسور الكتف وكسر عظم الترقوة ، خلع الكتف
⬅️تشنجات وشد عضلات ما حول الكتف
✔️الاعراض تختلف بحسب نوع الاصابة و المسبب والتي تتمثل في شكل آلام في الكتف وصعوبة تحريك المفصل على الطريقة المعتادة لأداء مهام الحياة اليومية
✔️التشخيص يعتمد بدرجة أساسية عن طريق فحص كتف المريض في العيادة وممكن في حالات معينة طلب اجراء اشعة تشخيصية مثل الموجات الصوتية او المغناطيسية

The shoulder is considered one of the most flexible and used joints in the body in our daily life, so any pain in the shoulder may be considered particularly annoying and more than the pain of any other joint. The most prominent causes of shoulder pain are:
Inflammation and tearing of the shoulder tendons
Frozen shoulder or stiff shoulder
Calcific shoulder tendonitis
Shoulder fractures, clavicle fracture, shoulder dislocation
Cramps and tightening of the muscles around the shoulder
Symptoms vary according to the type of injury and the cause, which is in the form of shoulder pain and difficulty moving the joint in the usual way to perform the tasks of daily life.
Diagnosis depends mainly on examining the patient's shoulder in the clinic, and it is possible in certain cases to request a diagnostic x-ray such as ultrasound or magnetic waves
