I provide counselling and psychological therapy for children, young people, adults, couples, families and groups using best practice evidenced based interventions/approaches including Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), Solution Focused Therapy, Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), Motivational Interviewing and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT). I have experience working across a range of psychological health issues such as Anxiety & Panic Disorders, Social and Specific Phobias, Depression, Anger Management, Eating Disorders, Self-Esteem Issues, Psychotic Disorders, Addictions / Substance Use Issues, Grief, Loss, & Trauma, Relationship Difficulties, Stress and Difficult Life Transitions, as well as Health Related Issues such as Chronic Pain.
