Tasks for the "Dry Belly Challenge"- Lose up to 2 kg of fat in 7 days.
- Write down your body weight before starting the challenge, and also when finishing.
- Take your full body photos before starting the challenge in the front, back, and both sides positions. Wear tight clothing.

- Move as soon as you wake up doing mobility exercises for your spine and hips + 1 minute of stationary running + 10 jump jacks + 15 push ups + 20 plank sit-ups.
- Drink more than 2.5 liters of water per day.
- Do not drink alcoholic beverages and soft drinks.
- Take 10001 steps per day.
- Eat any fruit half an hour before breakfast, lunch and dinner.
- Do not eat sweets and sugar.
- Do not eat processed and ultra-processed foods.
- Drink lemon, cinnamon, clove, and ginger teas 3 times a day. Sweeten with honey or brown sugar. You can mix more than one of these elements.
- Do breathing exercises mid-morning and afternoon, and before bed.
- Eat only salad with white meat for dinner up to a maximum of two hours before bed.
- Do not use your cell phone or similar devices in bed at bedtime.
- Sleep 7 to 9 hours a day.
- Take one spinning class per day. The minimum number of classes you should take during the challenge is 3, every other day.
