Mother’s Day is coming, and I decided to open a few special sessions in my studio, just for moms. This is your time.

Some conversations stay with you… and Alannah was one of them.

There was something so calm and grounded about her. The kind of presence that doesn’t need to be loud to feel strong.

She shared how this stage of life feels different. Not about chasing more… but about settling into who she is. Feeling grateful. Feeling content. Feeling at peace with everything she has built.

And that is what I saw through my lens… a woman who is no longer trying to become someone else, but fully allowing herself to be.

Some women walk into my studio and you just feel something deeper. That was Katherine. She didn’t try to define herself in one word, because the truth is we are not just one thing. She is a teacher, a writer, a mom, and a woman who allows both structure and intuition to live together. Do you think like me?
I woke up this morning with this though in my head about AI and how I am not reading a post if it is too perfect, if I know it is AI generated. I won’t read until the end because I loose interest. Is that you too? I am logging for real post, from real people, with mistakes, and often, I make mistakes because English is my second language, that is right, if you don’t know, I am Brazilian and my First language is Portuguese. So that is why grammar will not be necessarily correct most of the time.
But I want to read what the person is tell the story even with mistakes. Real conversations.

A Letter From Your Baby to mom!

Hi Mom…
I know I’m too little to talk right now…
but if I could, this is what I would say.
Thank you…
for holding me so close
for kissing my tiny face
for loving me from the very first moment
I see you, Mom…
even when you think I don’t
I see the way you look at me
like I’m your whole world
These days feel long for you…
but for me, they are just the beginning
And one day…
they will be gone
I won’t remember how small I was
how my fingers wrapped around yours
how I fit perfectly in your arms
But you can help me remember
One day, I will look at these photos
and I will see your love
I will see where my story began
I will see how safe I felt
how much I was loved
These photos…
they are not just pictures
They are a piece of us
a piece of our beginning
a piece of love I can hold forever
So thank you, Mom…
for giving me something I didn’t even know I would need
A way to remember
A way to feel your love
Forever

This is such a small window in your life.
