This story is very close to my heart.

Pamela joined my 25 Faces, 25 Stories project during a big transition in her life. She had just turned 50, was navigating change after many years in the same career, and decided she didn’t want to wait until life felt “perfect” to celebrate herself.

Her session wasn’t about pretending everything was easy. It was about honoring who she is right now - as a mother, a woman, and a human being who keeps showing up.

This blog is a reminder that you don’t need to have everything figured out to be seen.

Behind the scenes of the delivery of the album to a client I have know from being her doula at her baby birth to doing her Newborn photos, then her first birthday photo session and now she is 4 years old. I had a blast with them, walking at the park, seeing Jojo playing and being silly and capture candid moments that they will cherish forever in his album.
One child. Four years. A lifetime of memories in the making. The family love!
Delivering this album reminded me that photography isn’t just about today, it’s about what your children will hold onto tomorrow.

Newborn photo session has my heart. It is my favorite session. I love being able to hold the baby, to feel their peace near my chest. I just love this moment. I love to be able to give parents the chance to look at these photos and see only the good part. The love, the peace, the serenity, the time frozen. Because they grow too fast. I love specially when I get to photograph generations too.
I hope to photograph many more babies in 2026.

It is about feeling confident in your skin. It is about telling who you are. It is about having the time to celebrate you. This beautiful woman is one of the 25 faces, 25 stories. I can't wait to share her story.
That is why I created this campaign. To help women to feel they can be themself. In a world where AI is creating everything perfect, we need to pause and celebrate just being us, not ideal, but beautiful as we are.
