1. Card is non transferable
2. If the patient avails 1 consult, 1 transvaginal, 1 biometry, 1 CAS, 1 3D, she is entitled to FREE UPGRADE TO 4D ultrasound worth P1,000.
3. The patient must avail ALL procedures to avail of the 4D procedure.
4. If after 1 session, the baby did not show his/her face during the 4D session. The FREE 4D upgrade will be converted to a free biometry.
5. The free upgrade may only be availed during the 3D session.
