4 bananas (banana-nanica)
4 eggs
1 cup of brown sugar
200 grams of rolled oats
1 tablespoon baking powder
1 teaspoon of Chinese cinnamon powder
Preparation method
In a blender, beat the 3 bananas, 4 eggs, 1/2 cup of oil and 1/2 cup of brown sugar. Then reserve the mixture;
Set aside a bowl and add rolled oats, baking powder, cinnamon and a chopped banana. At this stage, you can include chestnuts or raisins in the dough;
