The National LEAD Institute is proud to introduce the esteemed members of its Board of Directors, whose combined leadership, strategic vision, and professional excellence continuously enhance the Institute’s mission in community corrections, re-entry services, and human development across The Bahamas and the surrounding region.
The Board provides governance oversight, strategic direction, and executive support to ensure the Institute remains aligned with its mission of delivering evidence-based rehabilitation, restorative justice practices, and transformative life-skills programming.
