Coaching To Wellness

Coaching To Wellness Massage Therapist | Educator
💻 I help therapists refine their businesses and implement systems for growth. Wellness didn't just change my life—it saved it.

I don’t sell sessions, I create results.

📍 Nassau & Exuma There was a time when I lived in constant survival mode—battling undiagnosed depression, anxiety from being stalked, and navigating the emotional rollercoaster of family issues. I felt like I was drowning, completely disconnected from myself and the life I once dreamed of. Through this journey, I realized that wellness isn’t about perfection; it’s about progress. I’m passionate about helping women—just like you—experience the life-changing power of wellness. Whether you’re navigating motherhood, your career, or your own emotional battles, I want you to know that you’re not alone. You deserve to live a life that lights you up from the inside out, and I’m here to walk this journey with you.

Week 4 of mentorship — and this is where things start to click.

This week is about alignment:
matching your skills to your niche,
your message to your audience,
and your vision to the life you actually want to live.

We’re no longer just talking about ideas, we’re building structure, confidence, and direction. The growth happening in this space is intentional, grounded, and real.

If you’ve been feeling the pull to refine your purpose, elevate your brand, and move with clarity — there is still room for you.

Mentorship is about growth in real time, not perfection. 🌿

Hey my new followers 🫶🏽 My name is Elizabeth and I’m a manual therapist, stretch therapist, and wellness coach.
I recently moved back to Exuma after living abroad for almost 10 years, and let me tell you… I didn’t come back just for the sun and the sea breeze 😭🌴
I came back with purpose.
I own a mobile recovery clinic called The Rehab, where we help people recover from pain, tight muscles, stress, injuries, and everyday wear and tear—especially hardworking professionals and athletes who does push through life like their body is a machine.
But lately, I’ve been leaning deeper into holistic healing because I’ve learned something:
Healing isn’t only physical.
Sometimes your body hurting because your life heavy.
So on this page you’ll get real recovery tips, stretches, wellness education, faith-based motivation, and lifestyle healing that makes sense for real Bahamians living real life.
If you’re ready to feel better, move better, and live better… welcome. You’re in the right place 💛
Now tell me… where you feeling the most tension lately?

Week 3 of mentorship and the shifts are already happening. ✨

By now, we’ve moved past surface-level ideas and into clarity: refining niches, strengthening confidence, and building brands with intention. The growth I’m seeing reminds me why mentorship matters.

And yes, there’s still an opportunity to join.
If you’ve been watching from the sidelines, waiting for the “right time,” this is your sign.

Mentorship isn’t about where you start, it’s about your willingness to show up, learn, and grow. If you’re ready to elevate how you serve, speak, and show up as a professional, there’s space for you here. 🌿

📩 Message me MENTORSHIP to learn how to join us.
Let’s build with purpose.

If your lower back always feels tight on one side…
If standing up takes a second to straighten out…
If long drives, sitting, or rolling over in bed feels harder than it should—
That’s not age.
That’s not weakness.
That’s your body adapting to overload.
The lower back works overtime when hips, core, or posture stop sharing the load.
One muscle—often deep in the side waist—ends up doing everyone’s job.
Eventually, it gets tired. Guarded. Painful.
And your body responds by restricting movement to protect itself.
The goal isn’t to “push through.”
The goal is to restore balance—release what’s overworking, and support what’s underactive.
Because when the low back finally lets go…
Everything moves better.

If lifting your arm feels stiff or sharp…
If typing all day leaves your shoulder tight and heavy…
If driving, training, or sleeping on one side has become uncomfortable—

Your shoulder isn’t failing you.
It’s protecting you.

Over time, stress, repetitive movement, and long hours in the same positions cause the muscles around the shoulder to shorten and tighten.
The joint loses space.
Movement becomes restricted.
Pain shows up—not suddenly, but gradually.

A proper shoulder release isn’t about forcing pressure or chasing pain.
It’s about creating space again.
Releasing overworked tissue.
Restoring smooth, pain-free motion.

When the shoulder can move the way it was designed to, everything changes—
your posture, your strength, and how your body feels during the day.

Pain is information.
Relief starts when you listen.

In this industry 👉 Skill alone isn’t enough.
Therapists need:
• Communication
• Social awareness
• Business ethics
• Professional presence
• A personal persona that clients could trust
That’s when it transforms to become more than sessions.
It becomes a standard.
A brand is built on responsibility —
to clients, to therapists, and to the work.
And the story?
It’s still unfolding.

If your shoulder hurts when you lift your arm…
If reaching overhead feels stiff or sharp…
If typing, driving, or sleeping on one side has suddenly become uncomfortable—
You’re not “just tight.”
And you’re definitely not broken.
Shoulder pain builds quietly.
Long hours at a desk. Repetitive training. Carrying stress where it doesn’t belong.
Over time, the muscles shorten, the joint loses space, and your body starts compensating.
That’s when pain shows up—not as a surprise, but as a message.
This is where intentional bodywork matters.
Not random pressure. Not quick fixes.
But targeted release that restores movement, improves circulation, and gives your shoulder room to function again.
Pain doesn’t mean stop.
It means pay attention.

1️⃣ Get clear on who you serve before trying to serve everyone
When you’re new, it’s tempting to say yes to every client.
But clarity creates confidence.
Pay attention to the people who naturally find you, the conditions you enjoy treating, and the results you consistently get.
Specializing doesn’t limit you—it positions you.

2️⃣ Learn how to communicate your value, not just your technique
Great hands aren’t enough.
You need to explain what you do, why it matters, and how it helps in language clients understand.
Clear communication builds trust, sets expectations, and turns first-time clients into long-term ones.

3️⃣ Build systems early—even if your business is small
Scheduling, intake, follow-ups, boundaries, pricing.
Systems protect your energy and your time.
The habits you build at the beginning determine whether you burn out… or build something sustainable.

If ya back always feel tight, it ain’t age—it’s compression.
Give ya body space and it will thank you.

Week 1 start January 26th, 2026 at 7pm (virtual) bring a pen and notepad.

Mentorship and masterclasses aren’t the same — and they’re not meant to be.

Mentorship focuses on you as the therapist.
How you show up.
How you communicate your value.
How you structure your work so it supports you professionally.

Masterclasses go deeper into the work itself.
Treating conditions.
Understanding the body.
Learning how to specialize instead of generalize.

Both matter.

One builds the therapist.
The other sharpens the craft.

It’s fun.
Sometimes frustrating — the good kind.
And it keeps me on my toes as a therapist too.

Growth isn’t always comfortable, but it’s always intentional.
