Since stepping into my 40s… I realized real quick—
this is not the season to be playing with my health, my mind, or my energy.
So I made a few things non-negotiable:
1. My day starts with prayer and meditation.
Before the world gets me, I ground myself.
2. I get in at least 2,000 steps.
Run, walk, or dance… I don’t negotiate with movement.
3. Affirmations and declarations.
What I speak over my life matters—so I speak strength, discipline, and alignment.
4. Breakfast has to satisfy *and* nourish.
No more skipping and crashing later.
Because at this stage?
It’s not just about looking good… it’s about feeling strong, thinking clearly, and living well for the long run.
This is how I’m choosing to show up for myself daily.
