It is now 2023. What's your excuse?
Do you feel that you don't have the time to put your health first? How much time do you spend aimlessly scrolling on social media?

LET'S GO!!!!
"You may not be where you want to be, but you're still closer than you were yesterday "
Dont allow yourself to become discouraged ecause you aren't at your ideal spot at the moment. Why? Because you aren't where you were before! Celebrate that! Slow progress is still progress. And even if you feel like you have hit a plateau, the fact that your still fighting to improve is a HUGE deal that you should be proud of.
The only thing that will create a guarantee of not reaching your goal, is stopping. And yes, I know that's easier said than done because this thing called life is so difficult at times and can throw some real curve balls at us. But guess what, if we stay in the game we can still make greatness happen for ourselves.
So DON'T COUNT YOURSELF OUT!!!
You would be amazed at how many people are actually looking uo to you and your journey from the sidelines and getting motivation from your efforts.
Your "struggles" can very well be someone "goals".
So let's stay encouraged. Let's stay positive. Let's remember our "Why" and keep pushing.
You can do it.

Client shoutout and progress!!!

This is what consistency and dedication does...and the best part is, the changes you CAN'T see are even more impressive!
Aquila has been one of my clients that is always up for a challenge and pushing herself. No matter what I throw her way, I get a "Small things Coach!" I am really proud of her progress mentally, obviously physically in regards to her aesthetics... but THIS is what strength training does!

So many women are afraid to strength train because they feel like they are going to get bulky. Believe me when I say the time and work that goes into those physiques are not close to what the average person is willing/can do. But as she proves, you CAN get stronger AND reshape your body at the same time, even if the scale doesn't shoe Huge numbers.

She went from squatting 95lbs when we started to 175lbs yesterday and that's only 1 example of her strength gains. She's done this without crash diets, extreme caloric deficits and unsustainable eating patterns. You would be amazed what a balanced diet, a proper strength training program and consistency can do.

I salute you madam, keep up the great work!!!
