The Downtown Nassau Yoga Festival is the first yoga festival to be held in the Bahamas and by extension the Caribbean. It is a celebration of the diversity, the spirit of creativity, and the eclectic spectrums of expression that all represent the growing culture of yoga around the world. And it’s so much more…

The Downtown Nassau Yoga Festival is more than just people coming together to practice yoga. DNYF celebrates the joy and deep passion of Caribbean life through the food, the music, the dance, and the culture that the Caribbean represents in Downtown Nassau which has long been hailed as a global port of exchange between the Caribbean and the world. And it does this through the unifying and the community building power that is found through the joy of yoga practice.
