To say I’m passionate about the 30 Days to Healthy Living is an understatement. This program was absolutely life changing for Ryan and I. Dramatic? Maybe. But honestly, I am so grateful that we did it! Its not about losing weight - it’s about helping each person identify how they can choose to use food as fuel for their bodies to optimize how they look and feel, inside and out. It will help you to identify any foods that you are eating that might not be serving your body well. The goal is to help you tune in to the messages that your body is sending so that you can eat and drink more intuitively, giving your body the nutrients that it needs to function optimally.
The best part is that is also helps to support a balanced gut. So much of the body’s overall wellbeing is controlled by our gut, so supporting this area of our body will help optimize how we feel as well as how we look. The 30 Days is also designed to help us feel more confident in ourselves. When we are rested and working to reduce feelings of stress, then we are better able to care for ourselves.
Prior to Ryan and I doing the 30 Days, we were experiencing digestive issues, low energy, acne/eczema, stressed, irritable, bloated, groggy, and generally just not feeling our best! As we went through the month, our body and our overall sense of wellbeing changed and honestly, I don’t know where we would be if we didn’t do it!
Below are some picture of Ryan and I. The first photo is before we did the 30 Days to Healthy living and the second is us now. We don’t do the 30 Days to Healthy Living often, maybe 2-3 times a year. But this has taught us a lifestyle and changed our health for the long term. We still LOVE sweets, pizza, beer, wine, ALLLLL the goodies. We live an 80/20 lifestyle and both feel better than ever. Let me show you how simple this is and how good your body is meant to feel when you take care of your gut and listen to your body!
