Nurse Rebekah Symonette, BSN RN Nurse Symonette is offering:
- Assistance with care for elderly loved ones including baths, feeding, and medication administration and management (including IV medications and injections)
- Blood pressure Monitoring, management, and education
- Diabetes monitoring, management, and education
- Wound Care- assessment of stitches, wound cleaning, dressing changes
- Nutritional and weight loss guidance
- In home and in office blood draws
- Stitches removal
- Prescription refills (physician approval required)
- Sick and Well patient visits
- Communication with on staff physicians
