* During these eccentric times, we cannot ignore and take for granted the epidemic of mental health crises looming in every nook and corner of the streets we live in.
Despite so much of Dharma and social initiatives happening, some sort of awareness seems painfully insufficient.
We cannot ever afford to finger point at eachother from this point, rather open our hearts as much as possible before the mental health of someone next door collapses.
In times of urgent action in need, the basic sanity of care and concern should rise above societal norms and government protocols.
Our thoughts and emotions must truly unite for a healthy communal existence.
- From rewiring the deep psychological crises to random spiritual awakening, my meditation methods have opened doors and dimensions previously unknown in peoples lives.
Therefore while roaming on the streets of Thimphu;
- I have been listening to the alarming stories from street vendors about domestic violence and relationship crises.
- Had been talking about management and leadership to young graduate students
from the perspective of meditation.
- Encountering stubborn spiritual practitioners seeking psychiatric help.
- Meeting disunited families, with inter-generational traumas inflicting many innocent lives.
- Have seen hidden emotional and spiritual manipulation happening among the spiritual teachers and their students.
- I know innocent people rushing to receive dharma teachings for help, but cannot find a trusted root teacher.
- And there is a growing ailment of apathy in the lives of young people despite having good education.
Being a wanderer, I have owned nothing but stories after stories to share. And those stories come from the deepest corner of my heart, 'cause there is nothing more worthy of interest for my attention to hold on.
Therefore through my little initiatives of meditation and healing, I look forward to making plenty more stories and memories to carry forward.
