We are initiating a social support group exclusively for the youth, where we will conduct weekly group sessions to provide a platform for connection, sharing, and mutual support. As time progresses, our aspiration is to extend the reach of our support group to other regions within our country, expanding the opportunity for individuals in different areas to benefit from the shared experiences, guidance, and support we offer. Promoting Mental Health: We are dedicated to promoting mental health and well-being in our community. Our primary goal is to raise awareness about the importance of emotional well-being and reduce the stigma associated with seeking therapy. Through our programs and initiatives, we aim to empower individuals to prioritize their mental health and seek support when needed. This will be a group to create a safe space for individuals to share their experiences, receive empathy,give advices and gain insights from others facing similar challenges.
