Quality Assurance Policy
To protect our integrity we have a standardised recruitment system coupled with subsequent training which ensures our non-compromise on quality. We strive to ensure that all our services and works done comply or adhere to scope of work, prescribed standards, regulations and requirements. Occupational Health, Safety & Environmental Policy
Any work place (construction or maintenance site) presents a serious health and environmental hazard to employees and residents. We conduct regular training and reflections on standards and procedures to protect our personnel, residents and the environment. In pursuit of compliance, occupational health and safety requirements the following measures are in place:
Regular site tour of personnel with senior technical officer
Site specific induction of all personnel working on site
Demarcation and segregation of site from ordinary citizens
Use of protective clothing
Use of tested ladders, safety belts and other construction gear. Use of proper tools as prescribed in the scope of the tender
No drunken personnel on site
Availability of first aid kits on site
Use of relevant signs for warning and communication with workers and residents of area
Induction on HIV Aids and STDs
Ensure availability of first aid kits
Empowerment training programs
During the last five to ten years, our company have always engaged trainee electricians and trainee semi-skills from different training academy such as vocational center in Gaborone, Mahalapye Brigadier, MTTC (Madirero Training & Testing Center), and Kanye Brigadier. We have contributed by giving them the opportunity on different sites, paying them also a nominal wages and allowance of transport to move to and from sites. Insurance
- For every contracting project signed with our clients, we have always adhere to the clause of insurance policies, such as liability policy at site
- All our site workers are covered under the workmanship compensation act insurance policy with Alexander Forbes.
