⛔Maybe your parents "hurt" you greatly in the way they brought you up
⛔Maybe you suffered deep childhood trauma as a child
⛔Maybe you never had your needs met as a child
⛔Maybe your guardians taught you to hate, to condemn, to gossip, a lot of negativity... .
⛔Maybe you were bullied, constantly put down such that your self esteem was shattered
⛔Maybe you were never allowed to express your genuine emotions
⛔Or maybe you were made to feel like you were not good enough, a loser, not worthy😞
⛔Maybe you were raised by angry parents and now angry yourself
⛔Maybe you were never loved in the way that you needed to be loved as a child, now you have no idea what love is💔.......
So what can be done now that you feel like you are "broken", is it not too late, it is possible to over-ride and teach yourself new-healthy things/habits/behaviors❓
✅⚠️It's important to understand that as much as our up bringing has a great influence on the people we become later in life.... Its also crucial to recognize the point were you need to start re-parenting yourself. Its not easy but its necessary.... nurture your inner child and give her/her the love that you wish you were given as a child...be your own healer and take things one step at a time. Remember broken people break others, you got to cut that chain.
Your parents may have written the opening chapters of your life... but how the story goes and ends is yours to write. Difficult yes, Possible yes.
