🌿 Affirmation for the Anxious Mind

I am not my anxious thoughts.

I am the observer of them.

I do not have to believe every fear that crosses my mind.

I can pause.

I can breathe.

I can choose calm, even if it takes practice.

My nervous system is trying to protect me —
and I can gently teach it that I am safe.

I am allowed to move slowly.

I am allowed to rest.

I am allowed to exist without constantly preparing for the worst.

This feeling will pass.

I have survived 100% of my hardest days.

I am stronger than this moment. 🤍

• A fast heartbeat, shortness of breath, or chest tightness

• Avoiding situations that feel overwhelming
