What are they ?

Where do they originate from?

Remember emotions are
ENERGY in MOTION

Here I go into a little detail of where our behviours stem from, where our emotion health is born and our brain coding and program is developed.

Its not as easy as going hey I’m just going to fix this.

When are our emotions yep that’s right energy in motion get stuck energy gets blocked in our bodies, minds and souls.
It’s looking at our past, our present our conditioning our traumas to heal our inner child wound ( if there are wounds here) represent ourself, learn to regulate our own emotions and master our emotional health.

This is how we relearn to release emotions and express them so they don’t get stuck

Why is connecting with nature ( also known as grounding ) and the universe so important and nourishing ?

Here are a few insights

đŸ«¶Connecting with nature and the univeres soul is a beautiful way to start your day.

đŸ«¶Allowing the souls of your feet to feel the dirt, the grass, the mud, sand, water has been proven to improve you holistic health

đŸ«¶ Calms the body and mind

đŸ«¶ Activate the parasympathetic nervous system

đŸ«¶ Lowers blood pressure

đŸ«¶ Improves your emotional health

đŸ«¶ Releases anger and feeling of unworthiness

đŸ«¶ Boosts creativity

đŸ«¶ Brings you back to a place of connection with your inner child. The happy, playful, joyus, free kindered spirit. I bet you smile as you think of happy memories whether that wad buiding sand castles, going on a cheeky un supervised adventure with your siblings, cousins or friends

đŸ«¶ Boost seritonin - the happy emotion. Breathing fresh air increase the oxygen flow to your brain which increases seretonin ( seretonin- a neurotransmitter that alters your mood)

đŸ«¶ Nature Therapy also known as ecotherapy is the practise of heing in nature to aid and boost groeth and deep healing.

đŸ«¶ Connecting back from where you came from where you came from the universe is a place where you will always recieve endless grounding and love. The birth right of every human beign.

đŸ«¶ A place where you will subconsciously release negative emotion. It’s a game changer.

đŸ«¶ Remember sometimes we have uncomfortable days and it’s part of life, those days where those feelings don’t go away. Look for the lesson it’s there to learn.

đŸ«¶ You will release negative emotions subconsciously without even relasing. Some who are more in tune with their emotional landscape will do this consciously

đŸ«¶ Know that the medicine is always inside of you and if you need that little pick me up ground yourself in nature it will most times bring a sense of calmness to your body and you will be so dam grateful that you connected with the universe .

When you know that healing isn’t just about removing pain and living in a conscious state, you actually will understand it’s a life long journey. A journey you will keep on going with and create your dream life.

You know what healing is to me.

It’s actually the journey back to self to be the real you.

When you start embodying this, you feel the shift internally, you witness the shift in your energy , the shift in the kense you use to view the world, the way you communicate with others and yourself.

Your mindset shifts

Your heart expands

Your sacral leads the way

You find your voice

You start to use your creative expression

You lead with self expression and authentic Self

You finally feel a sense of freedom

You know how to hold space

You posses a high emotional intelligance

You don’t look or need validation from others as you know you are enough

A feeling of happiness

A feeling of excitement as you haven’t consiously been here before

A feeling of relief

But most importantly you know what you trually feel

A sense of internal safety

You feel Inner peace and that to me is what real happiness is â€ïžđŸŠ‹

Do you allow your self to evolve at your own pace or do you evolve in-line with society’s and others expectations 

Your own evolution is one that is only for you

Your journey of personal development, growth, soul awakening can’t be done on anyone else clock but your own 

It’s not a race

It’s a journey 

A journey that entails you to actually face your dark side that every human has.

A journey that will have you questioning your ability and yourself 

It’s not about doing things cause others want you too

It’s not about posting that selfie cause everyone else does

It’s not about growing cause your partner is 

It’s not about healing cause that’s what all your mates are doing or because it appears to be the in thing.

When you remove the expectations you have  placed on yourself due to external circumstance ( which you may not even be consciously aware of ) you will evolve at your own pace.

You will have the ability to face your shadows and blind pots with compassion instead of righteousness

No more judging others and scrutinising others shameful experiences,  immoral rushes and irrational wishes as inside of you are those same things but you can’t admit this to yourself. 

Instead cultivating the Awarness and ability to look within , being able to accept those parts of your personality and making the unconscious conscious is when you will be able to tell you are healing ❀‍đŸ©č 

When we accept our parts and their shadows we seek to unlock the wisdom they contains

Fear becomes an opportunity for courage 

Pain is a catalyst for strength and resilience 

Aggression is transmutated into a warrior like passion  

Our wisdom informs our actions and decisions and our interaction for others 

You start to understand  how others feel and respond with compassion , as you can see there parts playing out and acknowledge that they are being triggered themselves.

Once you realise that your grwoth and healing journey is your own and doesn’t run on any one others time clock it feels so liberating.

Explore yourself when you are ready

Not when others want you to or are doing so

What if you put fear aside & walked with courage 

How would things change?

How would your journey unfold?

How would you feel?

I know when I feed fear & fall into the hole of where I allow fear to take over I don’t actually move. I might dip my toe in the water but then then old pattern, limiting belife runs it’s course. “I can’t do this, it’s to hard “ 

I’ll share a little story with you around this picture. 
I wanted a photo in the water, it was dusk, the water was merkie and I could see the little bugs and mosquitoes hovering above this little inlet of still water.  I looked at one of my besties and said F. no I can’t do that.  I had this fear of sitting in that cold water and all of a sudden the fear took over and I was like nope not happening.
 
I removed myself from the environment where my feet were covered in this thin layer of gunk from  still water and went for a walk on the sand.

I reminded myself that if I allow fear to lead all the time where will I get in life.

How will I grow?

How will I create the changes in my life I was so hungry for.

How will I trually ever be able to actualise my vision?

I focused on my breath for a few minutes, did some intentional breathing. I reframed the way I spoke to myself & reminded myself why I was here, that if I allow fear to lead I will be staying on the same Ferris wheel I had been on for years.

When I lead with courage, with the ability  to do something, with the belief in myself & importantly self trust courage took over & you know what it was so much fun.

This was a pivitol day in my evolution.

A time where I was wallowing in so much personal stuff but a day that showed me that I have the ability to do what my heart desires every single day when I lead with courage.

Remember that Fear is a “False Evidance Appearing Real” 

I had no physical evidance to suppourt my thoughts hear & this is how I knew that fear was holding me back from capturing this 

Ask yourself this when fear comes up for you.

If I put fear aside and lead with courage what could possible go wrong? 

Probably not much you will just build more trust in yourself and the decisions you make and take in life ❀

❀Connecting with your authentic expression can be something that may feel like it’s taken you a life time to do and that is ok

We are made up of patterns, beliefs and values that many subconsciously were instilled during our childhood. These can also be re arranged when there has a been significant traumatic event that has happened later on in life.

đŸȘžOne thing I find that I know many humans struggle with is connecting to their authentic expression and talking and leading in life from their heart.
Authentic expression is one thing that every human is born with it’s our birth right to use our voice, to feel safe ,to communicate freely, to have freedom of choice and to love unconditionally.

Due to many contributing factors in society some humans don’t connect with this till later on in life

You may have grown up in a house hold where your parents were
Dismissive
Loved you with conditions
Weren’t emotionally available
Weren’t present
Didn’t role model or mirror to you what love is
You weren’t allowed to freely express yourself
You were isolated for your big emotions and learnt to navigate these by yourself.

You may have formed the belief that you need to conform to these conditions which are forms of behaviour that youneed to abide by to recieve love.

I want you to remember that it’s you right to be able to connect with your heart space and use your authentic expression at anytime.

You can cry, laugh, feel anger, guilt and shame and still give and recieve love

Although love is the one language that is universal, our meaning of love can be different. Our internal representation of love depends on how and what information has been filtered through our filters as it enters us through our senses.

You have the ability to create new beliefs, and require how you view ,give and recieve love. Cause we all can and have the ability too but sometimes we might be limiting ourself as we feel we need to be loved to recieve it and this is a limiting belief in itself.

Remember the most important relationship you will have in life is with yourself.

Love yourself without conditions as the word condition doesn’t belong in the same sentence as love ❀

What do you have gratitude for today?

Gratitude is something that sometimes you can over look as you can get caught up in the whirl wind of the day what has taken place or what is to come.

Try this exercise

Crab a pen and paper and ask yourself what are you grateful for?

What do you have gratitude for?

What do you see and hear around you?

What do you feel inside your body?

Take some time to write it down

Now close your eyes and focus on your breath.

4 box breaths- 4 seconds in , 4 second hold, 4 seconds out, 4 second hold and repeat this 4 times.

Now that your nervous system is calm, you have released some tension if there was any present and you are now present in the moment.

Repeat the above and ask yourself what do you have gratitude for today.

Doing this exercise with a calm nervous system will allow you to look a little deeper and see things through a different lens. A lens of calmness.

đŸ«This simple breathing exercise is a great to help bring calmness to your body if are feeling a little stressed, anxious or overwhelmed.

What is Compassionate self Enquiry >>

There will become a time in your life where you question your actions, maybe even the way you react to certain situations.
You may find that you want to heal so your future doesn't consist of the pain, limiting beliefs & lack of self trust and love for yourself in your future.

You may also never really have the self awareness to be able to accept where you are, how you got here & have the ability to take radical responsibility for your actions.
You may choose to live with the pain, hurt, sadness & loneliness & that is your choice as its your life.

Healing is a challenging journey & painful , not one for the faint hearted but for the soul who wants to heal & enjoy the richness that the universe has to offer.

As you start to awaken you will get to a stage where instead of wrapping yourself in bubble wrap which you have done for so long you will look within yourself, resource yourself and do the inner work so you can heal.

Healing starts when we can accept our past.

Know that our past wounds, our past beliefs, trauma, inter generational trauma, stress, conditioning and the patterns & beliefs we pick up from society, society's standards & even social media don't have to be yours anymore.

In society these days unfortunately alot is dismissed & brushed under the rug. Relationships are abandoned, children are left to fend emotionally for themselves, humans don't know how to hold vulnerable conversation with each other without their being rage or anger or total dis-association & this all stems from our blue print our "Inner child"

From conception in the womb to the age of 14 (as the imprint age 0-7 and modelling 8-13yr) is where our blue print is developed.

Instead of holding judgement towards someone for the way you reacted or even more so yourself have compassion.

Inquire why you are feeling like this?

Where else have you felt like this & you may find that you can connect the dots to an event or time in your life that you felt this way.

Know that you have the ability to heal your Inner child, wounds that may be from you being a young adult and stop inter generational trauma being passed down to the next generation.

It's not about what is safe to an outsider but what “safe” has felt like, sounded like, looked like for you

Every human has the ability to repair the psychological wounds that have been inflicted through trauma & conditioning.

Sometimes you can be so dis-associated from your past as its to painful or confronting or it may have been your normal that you struggle to realise you were a victim at all.

Recognising that you have been a victim of psychological, emotional, physical or mental abuse can be confronting & a hard pill to swallow as your brain and or ego has been trying to keep you safe.

You may even find yourself defending others so you can stay away from sitting with the sadness, anger, shame, fear & guilt but the beautiful & empowering thing is that you don’t have to be.

I want you to know that there is nothing wrong with you.

No one will be taking advantage of you anymore once you acknowledge this & realise that wounds can be healed & you to can now can get curious & write a new story.

The beauty of Neuroplasticity is that your brain has the ability to be re programmed. You have the ability to create new Neural pathways aka as patterns & stories to support you, to allow you to find your authentic voice & expressions.

There is nothing wrong with you. Know that all wounds can be healed. All seedlings grow when in the right environment when being nourished with the right form of care & ingredients.

As a heart led coach & trauma informed therapist its my duty to hold space for humans, so you can use your voice, share your story and speak your truth.

It’s your human right to be able to use your voice ,express yourself & be validated for all your experiences.

This step may feel a little nerve wrecking as you haven’t done it before, know that you aren’t silly or being childish & that you are normal & aren’t alone.

One step in front of the other, you will feel it becomes easier to walk, easier to breath & soon will realise these little steps & new habits you are creating will help you heal from the core wounds that were never your choice.

The choice that is yours is whether you choose to live with these wounds for ever or heal them.

Today will be a day I remember for ever

🎉Another day where I celebrate me 

Do you celebrate your wins or think well I still have so much more to do, why celebrate something so dam small. Well let me share something with you.

✹Celebrating  the small Wins from those new habits you have created, those affirmations you have been doing every morning, the stillness, thise small new habits worth celebrating.

Why you may ask? 

Because you created them
You allowed yourself to take the courageous step to allow them to play out in your life.

đŸȘžSit with that for a minute and ask yourself. What do you feel, what is your internal dialogue saying? 

Are you using language that propels you forward in line with your visions

Are you allowing empowering beliefs to play out 
 or 
Are stories , pattern & limiting beliefs that you may have actually outgrown or don’t want are still dictating your life

You as a human have the ability to create what ever you desire

You have the ability to change your language 

You have the ability to heal

You have the ability to create new paradigms 

Our stories , belief and the foundations of emotional intelligance are created from the age of 0-14 years but also can come from trauma & conditioning from environments in your life. 

Here are some questions to ask . 

How do I want to talk to myself?

How do I want to communicate with others?

Take notice of how you feel “the energy inside of you as you respond” 

Write it down 

Am I happy in life?

Am I living in the past ?

Or 

I posses self compassion 

I am creating a new lense 

I am on the right path

I take radical responsability for where I am & most importantly  who I am as an adult 

I task radical responsbaility for my own triggers
“ emotional disregulation” 

No matter where you are know that you have the ability inside of you to create a new reality.

How honest are you with yourself?

Do you struggle to show up as the REAL you?

🔐 Are you in congruency with what you share in the real world?

âšĄïž Are you in congruency with your truth?

âšĄïž Do you hide from your truth?

This was one of my biggest pills to swallow when I started to connect and embody the real me.

đŸ‘‰đŸŒÂ I realised that I had been running from parts of me, putting stuff out there that wasn't real and man, years ago, I used to paint my life on social media like it was perfect, and I had the perfect life when this was far from the truth.

đŸ‘‰đŸŒÂ I didn't know how to show up as me.

đŸ‘‰đŸŒÂ I was worried about sharing parts of my life as there was fear of judgement or fear of how others will perceive me.

I feared humans knowing more than they needed to about me.

Then I jumped trapped on a hamster wheel of healing, which was toxic as f**k.

And having to do everything at once where I never allowed myself just to be so that the new teachings could drop in and I could actually integrate and embody these lessons.

At the base of self-worth is self-trust, and if we can't be open and honest with ourselves, how do we ever expect to be able to go places and do big things in our own lives?
