As a mental health counselor, I want to gently remind you of something important, our emotions are signals, not failures. Feeling overwhelmed, anxious, insecure, or helpless does not mean there is something wrong with you, it means you are human.
I love visuals like this because they remind us that coping doesn’t have to be complicated. Sometimes it’s about taking one small step, grounding yourself in the present moment, or offering yourself the same kindness you would give a loved one. Tiny actions, like pausing, breathing, journaling, or focusing on what’s within your control, can make a real difference.
